The biggest downside for me was the customer service. The staff didn't seem interested in interacting with customers, and the overall experience felt transactional rather than welcoming. That's disappointing because my family recently moved to the area, and this could have easily become a regular spot for us. Earlier in the week, I visited Kreamium Frozen Custard, and the experience couldn't have been more different. The owner greeted us warmly, welcomed my family to the area, offered local recommendations, and took the time to explain all of the different frozen custard flavors. It made the visit feel personal and memorable. Overall, I'd give Milly's Ice Cream a 3/5.
