Also placed my order for the baby shower cake. I also ordered a dozen bundtlets. They were decorated really cute but I tossed them around a little but that was not their fault. The Oreo cookie Bundtlet was really good. The banana pudding was a good flavor. My favorite flavor is the confetti, which is the cake I got for the shower. The staff at this location are always nice and accommodating. Today we ordered the peach cobbler Bundt cake and while the cake itself is delicious it seems to have shrunk considerably in size. We ordered the individual size and it was much shorter and did not fill the container like it normally does. There was plenty of room around the cake for frosting however, as my daughter said, the frosting looked like little spider legs instead of the nice thick piping that they normally do. They raised the price and you get less product. I don't mind the price going up but don't skimp on the product. read more

This is a review for an online pick up order. The store itself was bright and clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the way it looked. Ordering online was very easy and I did it the day before I wanted to pick up the cake. The pick up was fast and simple. I just provided my name and they brought it out to me. Service wasn't overly friendly or bad. It was so quick that I couldn't say I had bad service like other reviews mention. Cake was delicious. Very nice lady that worked today, when my kids and I walked in it was a very clean place. The display case had very beautiful bundts. They even have plates and stuff for parties and cards. Went to this location on 3/5 to get 51 bundtlets. When the cakes were brought out they were in taped boxes and the brown bag was sealed with logo sticker. The worker told me I had to initial the $300 order. I asked her well how can I check when all is sealed...she said just initial as I double checked it and all is there. But upon review to organize the cake flavors, I discovered that 10 bundtlets were not in the boxes or bag. (5 banana pudding and 5 choc chip). I'm hoping this business will make this right but I also feel that since the worker insisted I initial that I will take the blame...so I warn you all do not initial if the boxes are taped shut and the bag is sealed. I hope my warning will not be needed as I insincerely hope this location will make it right. But until, please be warned....they will short your order and make you initial something you can't check. The one exception that I make to desserts and carbs is cup cakes from nothing Bundt cakes. They are so moist, and the frosting is GOATed. We had bought all these for my niece's first bday. The cup cakes came in a very cute package. I ended up eating half a dozen or perhaps more. From the collection, my favorite one was the red velvet. We ordered an 8 inch cake for our Thanksgiving dessert. We placed our order online on the Tuesday before for pick up Wednesday at 3:45pm as this was their latest available time since we got off of work at 4pm and would make it to the store by 4:15pm. On Wednesday, we received a voicemail left at 3:40pm stating the order was ready for pick up and that the store closed promptly at 4pm. We of course were unable to pick up our order. The store called us the Friday after Thanksgiving and asked if we were going to pick up the order. I explained the reason why it was not picked up and that since the holiday was over, we no longer wanted it and requested a refund. The caller informed me we would be getting a response via email. They offered to refund the money but with a $10 cancellation fee or store credit. They also stated their holiday hours are posted on their door, but how is someone supposed to see these hours if they made an online order? Yes, their website states the holiday may affect hours, but of course they do when it's the holiday. A simple phone call earlier in the day to inform us they closed at 4pm would have avoided all of this. The photos are of the email correspondence and phone call from the store. I have yet to get a response back or resolution. Edit 12/3/2021- The owner finally responded only stating "Holiday Hours may vary". All of these reviews about poor customer service are true. This company is losing more money from us over a measly $10. We will not be back. read more

Managers and district managers very unprofessional. I ordered cupcakes for May. That's when hurricane Beryl hit. An email was sent out to see what we wanted to do with our order because they would be closed but we had 6 months store credit. I email them asking how much of an in store credit I have and they told me $10 when I paid $65. So I was not compensated. They just took the $65. read more

The cakes are good, despite the one time my classic vanilla tasted more like lemon than vanilla. However, every employee I've encountered seems very discontent to service the customer. I had questions and that employee answered as if a robot and never specifically answered my question. I've given my phone number before but it's extremely annoying to be asked that anytime a purchase is made in store, non-custom (just the cakes presented in display with no special requests). I politely stated that I'd prefer not to give my phone number. Employee sighs, continues with the transaction. She was taking forever to put two bundlets into a bag. I politely stated that I only need the bag, meaning please don't try to make folding a paper bag and putting the sticker on it as if trying to perfectly wrap a gift. The two little cakes were pulled and in front of the employee on the counter but the transaction times was prolonged by 3 minutes. I'm not an impatient person and I'm very gracious. The accumulation of my experiences there forces me to negatively review this business. Why does every employee seem so uptight, unpleasant, and miserable? The owner and manager need to consider that leaders can either encourage or discourage their team. Attitudes from the top trickle down. Improvements are needed. read more

I came here at 2 pm on a Saturday and I was the only customer. I asked for 3 small cakes put in cellophane with a bow. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait for them to wrap it. Each time I walked in and instead of smelling sweet cake and frosting, it's onions and fish. The store always, always smells like someone's lunch that I can smell through my mask. My daughter ordered a 10" cake in my favorite flavor lemon for my birthday. Well after my family sang HBD I cut into the cake and thought hmmmm they got me carrot cake but it was actually pumpkin. My daughters immediately said no we ordered lemon. The next morning October 30 she called to let them know that even though they ordered lemon and the box said lemon that we received the flavor that I don't like at all pumpkin. The manager asked her to return what was left of the eaten on cake to receive the correct one! We explained that it was for a birthday and of course it had been eaten she insisted that it was needed so that she could investigate who placed the wrong cake in the box as though they would know by looking at the eaten cake! I was born at night but not last night. I know if it would have been someone else this would not have been asked to return the cake. We agreed to return what was left to receive our money back. The manager said they would only give store credit! My daughter went around noon today Nov 1 and the manager was out and was told she would have to wait or come back. They took the box with the slice of cake in and through it away. This tells me they didn't need it for said investigation like I knew. We have been inconvenienced three time. First with the wrong cake, second with returning the cake back to the location, and third by still not having anything resolved because we have to wait for the manager. I could not find a contact for the franchise owner Bindya Patel. We would like our money back and a 10" Leman cake that was original ordered for all of the inconvenience. read more
