So I came here to try the Banana Pudding Bundt Cake and I can honestly say it is one of the best cakes I've had in my entire LIFE!! Everything about it was PERFECT!! The cake was so soft, with the PERFECT amount of sweetness. The subtle banana flavor was on POINT. It was just enough to know that there was banana in it while it also had enough vanilla to balance it out so it didn't taste like full-on banana bread. The pudding inside was the perfect touch and the Nilla wafers that were baked in were somehow still crunchy and not soggy at all!! I have no idea how they put this together, and I know it's a pop-up item but I wish it would stay on the menu FOREVER. It was just that good! I love this place. Bundt cakes are amazing and they always do it right. The workers are always happy and there is always a sample of the day at the right side of the establishment. One thing you will learn about me is that, I LOVE SWEETS! Preferably cake. I have searched high and low in Denton for the perfect cake and have come up short. This is very frustrating because I have to go outside of Denton to get some good cake, which is an inconvenience. It's been a few years now, but I was so excited when they opened the Denton location. I used to travel to the Flower Mound location. Staff is always friendly and the store is always clean. I've only been there twice when there was a long line, but they communicated that it will be a little wait and made sure that the line moved quickly and that we knew about the sample and special of the month. My only suggestion is that they make extra flavor of the month bundtlets because I have been several times and That flavor was out. I am still sad about them running out of lemon raspberry and the confetti flavor. My mouth was set. I almost shed a tear. I love sweets, but at times I feel that their cake is a bit too sweet. I never thought that I would say those words. I can't eat a whole bundtlet at once because of the sweetness, which can be a good thing because I'll just have more for later... If you are looking for a moist, inexpensive, delicious cake, this is the place for you. read more

i've been here before for the small Bundt cakes, the individual size. These are fine. But today I bought a 8 inch cake for my daughter's birthday. what a rip off! $21 for a distorted poorly frosted cake! See the picture I've attached. Then they wanted an additional eight dollars to decorate it! I said no thanks because all they would do is add a few extra sugars and novelty which would be cheap looking and not worth it. I would recommend getting a nice cake elsewhere, say Kroger's or a bakery in Denton. Plus I felt very rushed in the store. Not a good experience. read more

I should disclose that we got ours for free as a part of a blitz of advertising they did right before the store opened. That being said, the marble cake that the kids picked out was one of the best small cakes I've had at a bakery here in Denton. It was really moist and the frosting was great--not too sweet or greasy. Pricey, but I think it would be worth the cost. And anyway, given the cakes are made with butter, eggs, and cream cheese, I don't want a really big slice...that would have me on the elliptical for an hour. :) read more

AWESOME. Just like the other local Nothing Bundt Cake Shops. This store just opened a couple days ago. We love their cakes as a treat. They have 10 different flavors of their Bundtlets on hand at a time. The Bundtlets are softball sized cakes with amazing buttercream frosting. They also sell little ones called Bundtinies and full size cakes. We picked up 2 Chocolate-Chocolate Chip Bundlets. They were (as always) soft, fresh and moist. They did a great job prepping for their grand opening of this location. They were ready to go. Will of course be back! read more

Very sorry to make this post but it appears there is a racial issue here, there were 4 white people waiting in line including my wife. A black man walked in and goes around everyone and the black clerk, who's name was Breunna, waits on him ignoring people who were waiting to be served. Seeing the man walk by everyone and up to the register, my wife spoke up and said she was ready and knows which two cakes she wanted, the server said to my wife to wait until after she served the black man first who just walked in. In this day and age of political correctness What the hell? It goes both ways. This was very upsetting to see the server blatantly ignore the people waiting in line and serve someone who walks in and be waited upon immediately, even though one of the people in line speaks up and is told to wait until she serves the man who took cuts. This was our first visit to your Denton store, and we will not be back. My wife was too polite to speak up after this incident so I am voicing my opinion of what I saw happen. CNC read more

Love, love, love these fantastic cakes. We have been getting them for all our family occasions and holidays. A word of warning and why I gave 4 states insured of 5. We always order Shea's of time to be sure we can get a cake for a party. The last two times we have ordered a couple days prior to the party, they did not have our cake ready. Once, they flat out said we didn't order one and last we we went to pick U.K. Cake for grandson's birthday. It was to be picked up by 1:30 for a party at 2:00.
