Cassandra was very direct and quick to respond with answers for all the questions I had before purchasing 36 cupcakes and an 8" double round for 40+ people. The flavor was good, and there are dairy alternatives, but I would think straining the tea would be a good idea before serving it to your customer. I ended up taking it home and straining it myself to finish it.
