We were made to feel like a major inconvenience rather than valued customers. We purchased a box of cookies to bring as a special treat to a family gathering and were looking forward to sharing them. Unfortunately, we were highly disappointed with what we received. In addition to the poor customer service, the cleanliness of the business was concerning. The countertops and other visible areas throughout the store appeared dirty and poorly maintained, creating an overall unclean and unprofessional atmosphere. To make matters worse, after paying $29.99 for a box of 12 cookies, we received packaging that was covered in chocolate residue and debris along the bottom and sides of the box. For the price paid, I expected a much higher level of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not one I would expect from a business serving food products. I had hoped to leave with a quality product to share with family, but instead left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with both the service and the condition of the product we received.
