They tried...the staff really did...but dang... Walked in and ordered 3 dozen bundtinis assorted, the cashier said no problems but it would be a 5-10 minute wait. No problem! The wife went to wait in the car...15 minutes later a worker comes out with 1 dozen. I ask her where the rest is and she says this it. I show her my receipt and she say "oh" and walks off. 15 minutes later another worker comes out with my complete order, no apology or thank you. At least my order was good and my employees liked the cakes!

Shrinkage

I usually have no problem with the products. It's always taste delicious. I feel over time, the size has been shrinking. I remember it used to go past the time lid but was still able to close. I did notice this about the other individual bun were all different sizes in the same container. Some are as big as I remember and some are small like the one I got. I think I'm going to have to try a different location or learn how to so it myself if I want one as big as I used to get it.

When we celebrate we get nothing bunt crack... wait I mean cakes. Although they are just as addictive! No matter all the other choices the best is still the white chocolate raspberry by far! Don't try it... once you do you will be hooked! Man these things are just tooooo good to be true! I swear they should be illegal. There were issues getting my sons order for his bday due to the weather but they kept me updated day to day. Then a few days later... the door bell rang and bliss was delivered! Totally worth the wait! Best celebration cakes EVER!

Thank you Yelpers for posting delicious cake photos from Nothing Bundt Cakes. I've been drooling over these photos for a year at least!!! I am thinking it's more like two years. For my birthday, I wanted to finally try this cake out. My spouse called in the order and called the number posted outside for curbside delivery. Curbside was awesome!Thank you for creating delicious treats during the quarantine. We ate a slice immediately. So good! The lemon bundt cake was moist and the frosting was mouthwatering. The 8" inch cake was perfect for sharing. The 8" serves 8-10 people. I definitely indulged with big slices :). If you haven't tried the bundt cake, I recommend it. I can't wait to try more flavors (red velvet, confetti and white chocolate raspberry). Thank you Nothing Bundt Cakes! Having the chance to eat a bundt cake on my quarantine birthday was icing on the cake.

Love these little cakes! Lemon is my favorite but I also get vanilla! Delicious and sweet!

Great service but what is going on with your portion sizes? Do you folks not measure the same amount throughout all your cakes ? I probably won't be going back until they fix their portion sizes. $12 for half the product? How disappointing.

Marble to left and Peppermint Chocolate Chip to the right!!

For the gluten free options, are they available ready to go or do they need to be special ordered ahead of time?

I love the green soft chairs, the tables, and the chef statue greeting you as you pull in front of the building. He's right there in the window. The bistro honestly takes your breath away. I love it! So in the last two weeks, I've been back exactly four times. My first introduction was the Croissant Scramble with chicken and veggies inside, with the Arnold Palmer. My friend got the Croissant Scramble with brisket. The presentation of the croissants when brought to the table blew me away. It was wrapped up in the cutest paper with the ends twisted. The topic of conversation was how good the croissants were. Before we left, we ordered some delicious cookies. The chocolate chips were yummy. So I went the following day and grabbed some pastries! One in particular was the Pecan Bar. The following week, another friend and I stopped in for the Chicken Pesto Omelet. I like that the fire-roasted bell peppers and onions are cooked, if that's the right word. But l have to tell you, the Mexican Hot Chocolate drink brings on the flavor, as does the ice-cold Mocha. Of course, we got the Pecan Bar for dessert. So yes, I went back yesterday for the Almond Croissant. I know, I know!

I'm really disappointed with my recent experience. I placed a custom birthday cake order about a…read moremonth in advance for my partner's birthday dinner, with pickup scheduled the same day as the celebration. When I arrived, I was told the cake wasn't ready and was asked if I could come back the next morning--which obviously didn't work given the timing of the event. As a substitute, they offered me a pre-made cake from their display case and assured me it was chocolate like I originally ordered, just with a chocolate mousse filling. They refunded me $15 to account for the difference, and I felt pressured to accept since I needed something for the dinner that night. Unfortunately, the situation got worse from there. When we cut into the cake, it turned out to be confetti--not chocolate. Then, when we tried to eat it, it was clearly stale, dry, and inedible. No one touched it after the first bites. It completely missed the mark for what was supposed to be a special moment. What's especially frustrating is that I ordered from them last year for the same occasion, and everything went perfectly--that's why I trusted them again. This time, however, it was a complete letdown from start to finish. When I called the next day to request a refund, I asked to speak with a manager but was told that wasn't possible. Instead, I was told I would only be offered a partial refund because I accepted the replacement cake. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and quality here was really disappointing--especially for something as important as a birthday celebration.

Unfortunately, I don't think I'll ever come back I this place again…read more I got about 10 pastries back on Mother's Day and they tasted 2 days old. On top of that I bought 4 egg tarts to bring to a friend's house. I bought the stuff around 10am and got to my friend's house at 3pm(same day) by the time I took the egg tarts out of the back they were moldy!! I was mortified. I guy at the register was nice to me. But I'm surprised if he didn't see there was mold either that or they were 2 days old which is why they had mold on them since it usually takes 2 days to develop due to moisture and being out. I really wanted to like this place, and debated posting this but it looks like there are no recent reviews so had to give an update.

Cute little bakery with a sweet older lady who speaks zero English but was nonetheless extremely welcoming and kind. She even gave my toddler a complimentary macaron. Sweet. I am usually pretty adventurous with trying new pastries/snacks and it generally works out well. Unfortunately, I did not like most of the things we took home that day (my husband agreed). A taro egg ball thing -- not fans. A gelatinous rice blob inside a bamboo leaf (believe it's called Zongzi) -- also didn't work for us. Finally, the beef puff (which seemed like a safe bet) fell short of expectations. It's my fault -- I ignored that part that said "beef floss." It had a stringy/processed texture that I just didn't like. I just wasn't a fan of the flavors/textures -- but obviously that's subjective. I did enjoy the garlic bread we also thankfully bought -- it was soft and flavorful. If you're not familiar with the foods, I'd recommend making sure you get a few "safe" items like the cream bread or garlic bread. Ultimately, even though I wasn't crazy about most of what I tried, it was a cute little shop with a nice lady running it.

We've always loved the quality of their cakes and were happy to support a local business, which is why it's disappointing that we won't be able to continue using them this year. Historically, we've paid around $135 for the same style of birthday cake. This year, we were quoted $235 for essentially the same cake--a price increase of more than 70%. While I completely understand that costs have gone up and businesses have had to adjust pricing due to inflation and increased vendor costs, this level of increase feels excessive, especially for a child's birthday cake. I reached out to Diane, the owner, to better understand the significant jump in pricing. After about a week, I received a response stating that their vendors' prices had increased. While I appreciate the explanation, it doesn't change the fact that a more than 70% increase is difficult for many families to justify. This review isn't meant to criticize the quality of their work, which has always been excellent. Rather, it's to share the experience of a long-time customer who has unfortunately been priced out after years of supporting the business. It's disappointing to have to look elsewhere after so many years, but at the current pricing, we simply can't justify the cost.
