I give them credit for their unique cookie creations, but they have such a limited offering that has you looking around for more. I was surprised how sparse the interior was with no place to sit at, no drink fountains or anything other than the cookie selections displayed on the counter. Drinks consist of water or single serve milk. No kolaches, donuts, or croissants found here. If they can get by on producing cookies to make rent and labor, more power to them. We ordered the party box with 12 cookies because we were entertaining friends and were excited to try a variety of flavors. The issues: Too sweet...like overly processed food sweet. Of course, you would expect them to be sweet but I think we'd be better off just pouring plain sugar in our mouth. We tried to give all the flavors a shot, but no...none were good. The sugar cookie: the grossest icing ever. The kids were literally wiping it off with napkins. Chocolate chip. The most decent of them all but still not good. Oreo cookie pieces: I had high hopes for this one, but too grossly sweet. Peanut butter brittle: meh. The girls though were just chatting with the girls at the pickup counter and did nothing. I waited for five minutes to even put my order in because only the guys were working (shoutout to them!) Decided to try Crumbl cookie for myself. I've been to functions that had Crumbl cookies and thought they looked great! So I Stopped in, and the place was nice inside. They only had about 5 to choose from so I picked out 2 which cost me $9.xx and I thought that was ridiculously expensive for cookies that were quite a bit smaller than what I've seen before. To top it off when I payed I was asked by the cashier if I would like to leave a tip. I don't like being put on the spot like that and I'm not the type of person to leave a (25% tip was the minimum choice on the screen) for someone boxing up 2 cookies and charging me almost $10.00. Doubt I'll go back. The cookies were okay, but nothing special. H‑E‑B has cookies by the dozen that taste just as good and are half the price.
