I've been a fan of the franchise since Nothing Bundt Cakes debut several years ago. I was so happy to hear about this location. The store is a little smaller than other locations and it's tight when there is a crowd. However, the staff is very prompt and ready to take your order. I have been going here for years and I cannot find a better cake place! their cakes are always absolutely moist and delicious and their flavors are amazing! When this location opened up I immediately went in for some cake. I always get three bundtlets- Gluten free for my sister (LOVE IT!!!!) and two for me (I never get more because then I'd have no money and they'd have no cakes ;P) I love to get their specials and I always like how they have samples to try! This bakery is wonderful! If you are looking for an awesome gluten free cake, I would highly recommend the gluten free chocolate chip. I hadn't been to a Nothing Bundt Cakes in over 10 years and I wasn't super excited about this location opening - but they sent us a coupon for a free bundtlet, so I stopped in. I am so glad they sent that coupon!! I've driven to the Domain to get a pretty good Red Velvet cupcake several times in the past. The need to do that is gone!! The Red Velvet bundtlet was amazingly moist, had a good amount of cream cheese frosting, and (in my opinion) 1/2 of it at a time made for a really satisfying treat. read more

We've been several times since they opened and everything is delicious. They always have samples on the side which is an added bonus if you are trying to resist while the kiddos indulge. Terrible service today. Went in to pick up a preordered cake. Over the phone they told me they didn't have a blue decoration. When i got there i saw that they did, and asked that i get the blue i had requested. The man helping asked another girl working for assistance. She seemed irritated and wanted to charge me for the purple that was on the cake as well as the blue one i had originally requested. I just wanted to pay for the one I requested. She had me wait while she assisted another customer, that came in after me. That was fine, but didn't make sense as that customer got there after me and she completed his transaction before turing back to me to collect payment. I then asked her to replace the happy birthday flag she put on my cake with a happy anniversary flag that I had requested on my phone order. She shrugged, grabbed the correct flag, and angrily stabbed it into my cake. Her customer service was awful. This is a happy occasion i am celebrating, and my interaction with this young lady today added a bad touch to my day. I hope she does not continue to serve customers in this manner, and is more pleasant to others. I will take my future business to a different location. read more

My favorite place for the best red velvet cake at a price that is so worth it! This was my first time visiting this store as it is new. The lack of a star is because of the service I received. I came in for my birthday treat and the cashier was very friendly! Another one of her young coworkers cut her off mid sentence and thrust a binder toward me, letting me know I HAVE to write down my information. It caught me off guard and I've never had to do this before. I felt semi-uncomfortable indicating my personal information (name, email, phone number, DOB) in a public binder. I don't plan to visit this location again as I don't live in the area, but this incident stood out to me as a negative experience. Still great cakes though! So happy there is a location in this area! Will definitely use again and again. Cakes are always moist and delicious. Have been into the store twice and service was wonderful. Had to give a 4 star because I have called twice and the connection has been horrible. I called from a land line, so I think there must be a cell phone in use at the store. I got like a chocolate raspberry one when I went here with your famous cream cheese frosting and I my gosh this was the best cake I have ever tasted. Although its kinda of expensive to get the good cakes its fine like its worth it.Please just keep making cakes because I will keep buying them. read more
