Unfortunately, only one of the two ordering kiosks was working, and the inventory wasn't up to date. The cookie I wanted was unavailable, so I was asked to make a last-minute choice. Customer service was lacking, and the area behind the counter seemed chaotic. One of the hotbox doors was left open the entire time I was there. Additionally, one side of my cookie box was covered in icing, and I didn't have napkins to clean it up by the time I noticed. It could have been a smoother experience.
