Visited October 4, 2024. I stopped by for some quick sweets and was excited to try Crumbl in Smyrna for the first time, having enjoyed it in Murfreesboro. Unfortunately, only one of the two ordering kiosks was working, and the inventory wasn't up to date. The cookie I wanted was unavailable, so I was asked to make a last-minute choice. Customer service was lacking, and the area behind the counter seemed chaotic. One of the hotbox doors was left open the entire time I was there. Additionally, one side of my cookie box was covered in icing, and I didn't have napkins to clean it up by the time I noticed. It could have been a smoother experience. I debated writing this but it's a hazard especially if a small child consumes! Absolutely a huge fan of the cookies and cream brownies and was super excited to stock up on a few before the end of the month since they're going away, eating away at mine and noticed several clumps of paper, all over the brownie. At first I thought maybe it was just paper stuck to the bottom and it was just that one, however, no they were baked inside the ALL 4 brownies. Tried calling the store several times and got no answer. Super disappointed since today is the last day and I was so looking forward to that treat. read more

This was my first time tasting these delightful cookies. As usual, we tried a little bit of everything. They are huge, rich, and very shareable! My favorites were the pink lemonade sugar cookies and the banana cream. They were cooked perfectly, and made for an excellent dessert. The Smyrna Tennessee store was very clean, friendly, and well managed. We will definitely return to this cookie chain! These cookies are great for any occasion. read more

This was my first time trying Crumbl Cookies and to be honest I didn't know what to expect, so my hopes were not up very high. I was pleasantly surprised! The cookies taste really good. They weren't too sweet and they had a nice moistness to them. When I got in the car I decided to taste a little piece before I went home. That little piece turned into 2 cookies . I saved the other two for my mom. Added note: they had a really good system for getting cookies ordered and out to the customer, so don't worry if you see a little line... you'll be in & out in no time! read more

"What do you want?" is NOT the way to greet a customer. Staff member was on their cell phone at the register, which made it seem like I was an inconvenience. Also, staff didn't change gloves when moving from register to food. Staff was not wearing appropriate hair nets/hats, resulting in a piece of hair being found directly on top of my order. This will be my last trip to Crumbl. read more

The slowest and most under prepared store I have ever been to. I placed an order for catering and it was over 30 minutes late. I placed the order NINE days in advance. If you need prompt service that is correct, choose another store. read more

While the cookies are amazing, the customer service at this store doesn't exist. I ordered a Chocolate Chip Box which was supposed to contain 4 cookies and I received a single box with 1 cookie in it. Ordered thru doordash, only being refunded the amount of the 4 cookie box and not the tip or delivery fee. I've had their cookies from other locations and they were perfection so I was excited to find this location nearby. But unfortunately all 3 cookies I bought tonight, $15 dollars worth, were very undercooked. Closer to being cooked correctly on the edges but gooey in the middle, no great butter flavor like they have at other locations, just wet egginess. The only stand out feature was a raw egginess. Yuck. Tossed them out but a couple bites. Too expensive for mistakes. You'd think they would have the baking time done perfectly. Maybe the oven isn't hot enough. Poor customer service! This store had numerous customers who either were picking up an order or placing an order. Three employees busy with filling orders ignored all these customers. Finally when we got the attention of one employee we were treated rudely! Find another place to satisfy your sweet tooth. This outlet needs to have a better customer service process. read more

I ordered cookies to be delivered less than 5 mins from the store. It was picked up by door dash and the dasher couldn't find the business. I called him and he said he didn't speak English which was fine so we texted in Spanish. He still couldn't find the location and door dash cancelled my order. I called the store to find out why it was cancelled and if they could send my order out again. I didn't want a refund, I needed the cookies to be delivered. After speaking to the manager, I was told they have had many complaints about door dash doing this and they probably just cancelled my order and took it and she was sorry. She said they would have their own delivery sometime next week but how was that helpful to me today? She didn't give me a remedy to the issue just that she would refund the money. Again I just wanted my cookies delivered. She told me I could place another order and my refund from the first oshould take about 1-3 days to receive. (It actually took 8 days) I reordered the cookies and they were finally delivered but it's annoying that there wasn't any better customer service. The manager did call me to tell me the 2nd order had been picked up (wasn't concerned about the pick up) and the refund was approved but that was all. Just wish they would have done a better job with customer service and helping me get my cookies delivered. read more
