We have been here a few time now, it does not disappoint . The store is small but super cute. There is always a cake to taste which is nice. There are cute items all around to buy. There are tons of cake options if you are buying for a special occasion. The staff is always awesome, friendly and Helpful. If you asks them any questions they answer honestly and give you their best opinion. I love that, sometimes listening to the employees is the best to pick what you want. Onto the most important part. THE CAKES or my favorite the Bundlets. We have eaten Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate Raspberry, Marble, Red Velvet, Pecan and Carrot Cake. I don't usually like cake, and though I'm slowly learning how to make my idea of the "perfect" chocolate cake, I have yet to get there. Here enters Nothing Bundt Cakes to pick up the slack, especially in a pinch. I love learning new things, but I'll just shut up and not dissect what they're doing over here. Umm, if ppl don't already know, these are the BEST cakes on the planet!! I am super impressed with the customer service after a mistake was made and I took home a 10" cake without opening the box. Oops- no frosting !! Stuff happens... but I did call the next business day and the manager/owner (name unknown) apologized, refunded my entire purchase (I had some smaller cakes too) and gave me a store credit all in one phone call. I wish other businesses had just a fraction of this level of "let's fix the mistake." Anyway- 5 stars for the cake and 10 stars for customer service. A friend of mine just had twins, and I didn't want to visit her empty-handed. I searched Yelp for cupcakes in Fort Mill/Tega Cay, and I'm so glad NBC popped up - just as delicious but much more unique. I stopped in the store on a Thursday after work and was promptly and pleasantly greeted by one of the two counter staff. I told her I had never been in, didn't really know what I wanted, but didn't want a whole cake. I asked about the bundlets I saw on the menu, and she showed me exactly where they were. I said I was looking to maybe do a few flavors, and she whipped out a pretty box that 4 bundlets would fit into. When I asked which 4 I should get, she immediately rattled off their best sellers. Easy peasy! I got 4 bundlets in a pretty "cake" box for less than $20 and less than 10 minutes in the store, and my sleep-deprived friend was grateful for the sugar rush. read more

Decadent bundt cakes in Tega Cay. Do yourself a favor and stop in to Nothing Bundt Cakes. Easily the best cakes I've ever had. It's located in the strip mall with Walmart in Tega Cay. They initially only started out with your basic flavors like chocolate and vanilla. More recently I've ordered flavors like white chocolate raspberry truffle and carrot cake which were amazing. They're a little pricey at over $4 for a bundtlet but probably better than 90% of the desserts I've had at restaurants. Highly recommended! read more

This place is AMAZING! I love to try all of their flavors of the month. My go to flavor is White Chocolate Raspberry but you really can't go wrong with any of them. Be sure to ask for a punch card and to sign up for their birthday club. They are great about sending our BOGO coupons. The bundlet is a perfect size for sharing (or keeping to yourself). The Strawberries and Cream cake was amazing! I got an 8 inch Bundt cake and it was the perfect size and the flavor was wonderful. The icing was a little sweet, but overall, I highly recommend it! I called ahead and they ensured that there would be enough strawberry and cream cakes in stock, so I could just come by the store and it would be ready to go. Terrible customer service. Tried to order a birthday cake for our teams boss today since we are all in different states and when I called in the first girl tells me it's too far to deliver and she can't help. So I kap it out using Google Maps, Mapquest and Wayz and all three of them show The distance between 8-10 miles. (Apparently anything over 10 miles is their cutoff) so I called back and spoke to someone else and she said that they only use their system and it's showing as 10.2 miles and therefore they can't deliver. I was shocked because clearly this isn't the case. Honestly I wouldn't have cared if it hadn't of been my boss' favorite cake place. Our company does a lot of business with them but I'll be letting all of our staff know how rude and inconvenient they were so we will no longer send them any of our business! I'm appalled at their customer service especially given the current crisis and us trying to give back to local businesses! read more

This has to be the most racist place I've visited in South Carolina. Incredibly disappointing this store has horrible discriminatory practices. On multiple occasions my family and I have experienced disrespect and blatant racism. Today was the last straw. Two weeks ago I purchased a single bundtlet and was charged $17.95. Was in a rush and realized the price was high, but needed to leave. Today I purchase the same bundtlet and was charged $7.95, when I shared my experience a few weeks back, the response was "oh well, I guess you got a deal this time" completely dismissive. I've seen and experienced first hand how they treat people of color and it's unacceptable. Business owners should learn to treat all patrons with dignity and respect. The name is really memorable and the shop is adorable. I purchased a classic vanilla bundtlet, which was really moist and flavorful. It was just enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. I wanted to eat a little and save some for later but I could not stop myself, I devoured the cake in one setting. The bundtlet would have been the perfect if it did not have so much icing which made it too sweet. I had to scrape most of the icing away to enjoy the bundtlet. I will definitely return and ask for a bundtlet without icing or get icing on the side. read more

Each time we have been to Nothing Bundt Cakes the service has been their weakest area. Usually, it takes the girls awhile to acknowledge us and ask if we have any questions. The cakes are pretty good and the icing is good, too, so we have been back about half a dozen times. The last time we went, they didn't have any pumpkin spice cakes, the seasonal flavor, other than the little bundtlets, and the kitchen had already cleaned up so they were not willing to ice one for us. It was 4:50 on a Sunday, they close at 5pm. I get that they were closing soon but I was disappointed that they cleaned up early. If they want to be out by 5pm then they may want to change their hours to close and allow clean up time. If you are open, I would expect you to have your seasonal flavor available or have a kitchen ready to finish it. This wasn't any special type of order, just a pick up for what they say they have. There are just too many cake options within a reasonable drive for weak customer service. read more

So we were dining in the Stonecrest area of Tega Cay last weekend and we passed Nothing Bundt Cakes. We said, "Eh, why not?" and we went in, with zero intent of purchasing, just idle curiosity. The very friendly staff member offered us a free taste of their VERY appropriate strawberry bundt cake (appropriate because the Strawberry Festival was taking place a couple of miles down the street.) MMMMMMM! It was so good, simple browsing turned into buying! I purchased two of the bundtlets (smaller versions of the larger cakes) and took them home for the whole family to sample. They were gone in less than 24 hours. A little warning: there MIGHT be some sticker shock involved, I don't know. I for one think the prices are horribly reasonable, considering these cakes taste like they just came out of Grandma's oven, but people who are used to buying their pastries at Wal-Mart might think they are pricey. But believe me, every last CENT is worth it! You'll never get this kind of yummy from Wal-Mart! But the only way you WILL know is to try it for yourself! I'm going back for a friend's birthday next week to buy one of the larger cakes for our get-together to celebrate. He's going to love it, and he's an amateur baker!
