    Deliciousness in a box
    Jane T.

All I can say is these donuts are in a zip code above all the others . I chose the breakfast box because maple bacon. Nuff said . There wasn't a bad choice in the box. You're lucky you got to see what you did cause they went running out the box the minute they hit our office door. Delicious donuts. Excellent customer service Two thumbs way up !

Sure they're famous for their amazing donuts but have you tried their drinks?? I don't think they get advertised enough and they should! Their caramel frappe is so good! Here's a picture of their drinks menu. The folks at this location are cool and they're very kind. The service was great.

This was my first time at this establishment. And I have to say I am impressed with the process they ensure that the doughnuts are fresh and give you a variety of styles to choose from including breakfast sandwich's. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The location is very clean and inviting.

Hands down the best cake donuts that I've ever eaten! Great service too! We'll be back.

We ordered a dozen donuts from Duck Donuts and they were absolutely amazing. Fresh, warm, and made to order with a great variety of flavors and toppings. The only downside was the wait which was much longer than expected. It's definitely worth it for the quality, but I would recommend going during off-peak hours if you can.

The donuts here are so good! I got the Key Lime Pie Donut and I decided to add vanilla ice cream to the Key Lim Pie Donut. The donut was warm and fresh. The ice cream was creamy and went so well with the donut. The service was quick and customer service was great! The inside was small and laid back with outdoor seating.

The donuts are amazing. My wife and I love them. The staff was very friendly. Very clean place also. The donuts are very sinful. Just think, it's right next to a fitness place. .

I tried Duck Donuts in Charleston and loved it, so thought I'd try them again closer to home... Well, this was a smaller Fort Mill chain...but just as impressive. In a way, it was better because the place looked even cleaner (possibly since newer?)...and I thought the staff member did a better job in crafting these donuts. One thing I noticed was that they also had these heavenly treats called the "Donut Sundaes"...and I must try them soon! Not sure if true or what, but seemed the donuts looked smaller...and even the box looked smaller? One thing I don't like is how the cheap and flimsy the donut box is (a bit hard to open and close). No matter, these are great, fresh, made-to-order donuts...and I hope they're here to stay!

Ordered an assortment of donuts for work and everyone loved them! They were hot and fresh, what more can you ask for.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They make your donut after you order. It was warm and delicious. Had Chocolate Donut. Overall 4.5/5 stars

The décor and vibe give the place a lot of personality, and it made for an enjoyable dinner date for me and my wife. Service was excellent during our visit. Our server was incredibly pleasant, attentive, and full of great suggestions. The beer selection was another highlight, with an extensive set of choices. The only small downside was my wife's wings. She wasn't thrilled with the sauce she chose, which was a bit of a letdown, but everything else we tried hit the mark. I had the 18xx Chicken Sandwich (minus the bun). Glad I went without the bun because that thing would have been a bit of a beast to try and eat as a sandwich. Overall, it's a great spot with a cool atmosphere, and an impressive beer lineup. I feel comfortable recommending though I'd likely try a steak or burger option.

She was friendly but slow on service. We didn't get one of the appetizers we ordered. It wasn't worth asking about it. Food: Pretzel- yum! Very good! Burger- yummy. The fries were good. Fish and chips- the fish itself was good. Little thick on the batter. Shepherds pie- meh. The sauce was a bit anemic looking. Flavor lacked depth. It was ok. My husband makes better at home. Great beer selection. My fluffernutter cocktail was great. Overall- it's a fine place. I don't think we would go back.

The beer selection was surprisingly mediocre, and they happened to be out of the first two beers my wife and I tried to order, which was a bit disappointing. I went with the barbecue entrée with a vinegar based sauce, which was alright overall. The sides were actually the highlight -- the mashed potatoes and broccoli were pretty good but the garlic toast was unpleasantly oversalted, enough to stand out in a negative way. My wife ordered a burger, and she absolutely loved it. In fact, she's decided it's her favorite burger in the Charlotte area so far. The atmosphere is great for sports fans. There are plenty of TVs, and we enjoyed watching a women's college softball game and a UFL game during our visit. It feels like the kind of spot where you could settle in comfortably for a big game. Service was pleasant enough, not exceptional but friendly and functional. Overall, Dilworth Grille delivers a solid experience with some standout moments.

I go the smoked salmon frittata with the salad. I also got the biscuit with gravy. The biscuit with gravy was amazing. Two square biscuits crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The gravy was delicious and went well with the biscuits. The frittata was amazing with the tomato giving a slight sweetness. The salad was light and the dressing was flavorful. The bread was like an afterthought, only meant to cleanse the palate so that you could separate the salad and the frittata. As for the wait staff, the waitress would constantly interrupt our conversation to either push the food along or to see if we needed anything. Very abrupt but not to the point of being rude. The atmosphere and the view were absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing, and the drinks were fantastic. Our server, Yeti, was outstanding. He was incredibly attentive to detail, explained the menu so well, had so much patience with us, and suggested wonderful dishes for us to try. You can really tell he cares about giving guests a great experience. I was a little worried that because it was Mother's Day we might feel rushed, but not at all. Very disappointed in what Napa has become…read more. I am never one to post things like this because I work in the service industry. I know people and places have their off days and am very understanding. With that said, I'm actually appalled with the way my parents were treated at Napa today on their anniversary. Back story- I ate at Napa 6 years ago for my prom dinner in a large group and everything was great, so i recommended they go there. Unfortunately for them, there's been major changes and apparently for the worse. They came in and were offered a toast for their anniversary. They were the only table in there and service already seemed pretty slow. After receiving the complimentary wine and bread, they asked about the mussels. The server came back a while later (again no one else to be served in there) and told them the mussels needed to be shucked and couldn't be served... I feel like I don't even have to explain why that seems like a blatant lie, when specifically Napa's mussels are served in the shell (steamed) and not shucked. I could be wrong about that, I don't work in Napa's kitchen, but the real problem was after that. The server then never came back after 20-30 minutes. My parents sat there debating "should we leave, should we stay?"... Ultimately deciding to leave, they ran into the server on the way out. To keep the peace, they told him that something came up and they had to go. This server, knowing it was their anniversary, and knowing he just blatantly ignored them, responded with "yeah we already heard y'all talking about it" ?????? I'm sorry, what? You knew they were wondering where you were at, overheard them talking about it, and never went back over to do your job? Absolutely unacceptable and I am so truly embarrassed to have recommended Napa to them. This was their 2nd anniversary and they wanted to try something new. They originally had reservations at The Pump House, and those were canceled because of the weather. I told them they could try Napa, it's owned by the same people, and I had a great experience. Like I said, I know people and places have off days, but there is no fixing this experience for them. They never want to go back after being treated like they weren't wanted. Feels like a problem from the top down. I hope no one else's anniversaries are ruined because of managers who aren't paying attention to the floor they're supposed to be running. Edited - They are not still owned by the same people, but that is what I had thought originally when recommending.
