We were greeted immediately upon walking in, even though there were plenty of customers in the store, as if we were special which was wonderful. The place was adorably decorated and very clean and tidy and brightly lit. There were samples of one flavor of cake under glass that everybody was clambering to get to. I tried the sample and it was quite delicious. We were helped within a very small amount of time by an extremely friendly employee, and with very little fuss, ordered a lemon cake to go. It was the best lemon cake I have ever had. Moist and tender, good and lemony without being overwhelming, and the frosting was minimal, and not too sweet. I was in the area with my husband and in-laws (waiting in line to get into an overpriced bracelet mecca) and my husband and father-in-law went in to check this place out. They told me if I signed up for their email club I would get something on my birthday, so I signed up online right then and there. My husband ended up signing up in the store. I received an email from the store the week before my birthday - my husband never received anything. We stopped by on his birthday to grab my free 'Bundtlet' (valued at $3.99 each) and noticed how full the email sign up sheet box was. We assumed his paper was still in there. I went up to the counter to redeem my freebie and mentioned that my husband never received his email, that he had filled out a paper in store like a month ago, and that it was his actual birthday that day. The girl at the counter was really nice and said since it was his birthday that she just needed to verify his drivers license, and he could redeem his also. (Please don't go in expecting something for your birthday if you never signed up for the email club. Sign up, follow the rules). We walked out with a Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bundtlet (flavor of the month) and a White White Chocolate Bundtlet. Both were really good! Nice size, they can be split between 2 people, but honestly if you love cake you better hold onto your entire bundtlet lol. Really moist and flavorful, just how cake should be. The icing is really good too - both flavors that we tried seemed to have the same icing, but I'm probably wrong. I had previously tried some 'Bundtinis' that my coworker brought to work for my birthday. Tried the Red Velvet that time; it was good but not my favorite. The prices are comparable to other specialty bakeries with the 8" bundt cakes coming in at $18.50 (serves 8-10), the 10" coming in at $28.50 (serves 18-20), with frosting only. They can be decorated for any occasion for an additional $9.00 charge. A dozen bundtinis go for $18.50 and are the size of a medium cupcake. They also sell plastic utensils, plates, candles, balloons, and cake cutters. Really good cake, and friendly service. We will definitely be back, I just wish they would open a location in my neck of the woods. read more

So this review is going to be kind of odd because some of the bakers from this location went to my place of work and gave us a free sample of their cakes, along with a brochure--so I haven't been in the shop yet (though I fully plan to very soon.) What I can say is that everyone at work could agree that these bundt cakes are amazing. They are SO GOOD. I don't usually like white chocolate, but I tried a White Chocolate Raspberry flavored Bundtini and all I could say was "Oh My God." From the brochure, for the quality of baked goods you get, the price really isn't bad at all. A dozen of the cupcake sized bundt cakes (like the ones we ate at work) run at $18.50, which I think is more than reasonable. They also sell lots of bigger things, including 10 inch cakes and the like, which are also more pricey, but reasonably so. I would suggest that this place probably excels with catering events like birthday parties. Just an idea. I would highly suggest this place to anyone and everyone who likes sweets. read more

I've had many bundtinis from two different NBCs now, so I didn't sample these. They were a gift for a workmate. The standard sampler box. I love these as gifts because they're sharable, not as "hard-to-eat" as cupcakes, and super cute. They're always moist, and they're sized big enough to satiate, but not so big to overwhelm you. The cream cheese frosting is great. It was a hit with my workmate. Side note. The people here were very nice. Sweet service is always welcomed. Kudos for that. read more
