They not only had the fresh frozen raw goat milk in the freezer, but also single serve packets where you add warm water to the powdered form. Even though my cat didn't like the goat milk, so nice to know it's available in our area! Pricing was more affordable than I thought as well. Staff also helped with finding the right bone broth and made other suggestions as well for other items I purchased as well. Staff was so helpful. So glad I found this little hidden gem in Loveland! I told Alli the ultimate goal would be to take Bailey to work with me each day so she could be enjoyed by the people I work with and work for. But, I'd be happy w just being able to go for a pleasant walk. Alli assured me the best thing for Bailey would be her group class. I was very hesitant (because I didn't want Bailey to bite another dog) but, wanted to give Bailey more freedom and have a more relaxed life w her, so I decided to trust Alli's recommendation and give the class a shot. Bailey was so scared during the first 20 mins of our first class, by the end of that very first class, she was so engaged and excited to please me. She has loved every minute of Alli's class. About 20 other dog owners go to the class I attend w my dog, and I know Alli has 3 other group classes she teaches during the week. It's been fun and AMAZING to see the progress in all of the dogs that come to class week over week. The owners seem happier w their pets, the dogs are calmer and you can see all the personalities emerging as the stress of bad behavior is gone. We have done 6 weeks of classes and have 3 more to go. I felt like I got my money's worth out of the instruction after week 2. I have no doubt that Bailey will be showing up to work with me very soon. Alli really knows her stuff. They were able to squeeze us in at the last minute, despite it being a holiday weekend and booked us for the maximum they had available (5 weeks), and were flexible on us checking out early or finding options for a longer stay if needed. We ended up finding a home and checking out in 3 weeks. They are very sensitive to each cats individual needs and get to know each individual resident. I was able to visit my cats weekly and could tell they were very comfortable with both Stan and Mary. My one cat who had never left our family home since she was fixed at 8 weeks old (about 7 years ago) LOVED Mary and felt very comfortable there, adventuring around the cat room during our visits. My other cat who hates to be touched grew fond of Stan and amazingly let him pick her up and put her in her carrier at check out. I was just thrilled with the care my cats received and the positive mental state they were in every time I saw them. No issues with kennel cough or anything else. All the cats here seem so happy and comfortable. There are a few long-term residents who are always happy to to welcome you and accompany you on a tour. I highly Recommend!

We couldn't be happier with the service we received! There was no hassle or problem with scheduling a weekend appointment, which was a big plus for us. We had an unexpected circumstance arise that caused us to have to cancel our original appointment, and when we requested a Sunday appointment we were easily accommodated. The groomer also made the drive out to Greeley for a small gas surcharge. Awesome customer service! We had expected Purrfect Fur's pricing to be higher given the convenience of them coming to you, we were pleasantly surprised with their pricing. They charged less than the quotes we had received from various grooming salons, how awesome for a less stressful situation for Mr Kitty. The groomer who came did an awesome job, and was able to be thorough while being fast. Our cat was rather fussy and difficult, but it didn't faze her or the standard of the shave our cat received. We will be using them for any and all future grooming needs our cat may have. We've been telling all our cat owner friends to give them a call!
