We took an old painting done by my boyfriend's great grandfather here. It had been collecting dust for years without a frame and had many small paint chips as well. We stopped by to check out the frame options, and the customer service was incredible. They helped us compare several options, showed us which frames they had in stock to save money, and ultimately picked out the perfect frame we wanted and added a non-reflective museum glass cover. The painting edges were not even, so they were able to cut the board it was on down just slightly so make it fit, and even touched up the paint and removed the years of dust that was caked on. It is so good, I can't even find where the chips were when I'm looking for it. We're so happy with how it came out, we will definitely be bringing in additional items to be framed. read more

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME? Order 3 frames, all arrived as advertised and are very nice frames. HOWEVER.. one of the frames was the incorrect size and after trying to contact them by phone (no answer) they advised to email - to which they 'aim to reply within a business day'. 10 days later.. nothing. Emailed again.. that was a week ago and still nothing. Still no answer on the phone today. To add insult to injury, they sent me a sales email today asking how my picture frames look?!!! Very awful considering i can't use one of them! read more

Two things define this review - poor quality and poor service. I took two original drawings there to be framed and they were irreparably ruined. That is the long and short of it. The staff and manager will smile to your face and tell you everything is great but they just aren't sincere. The framing job took much longer than was promised, was very overpriced and completely lacking in quality. You can see the photos I posted of the ruined corners of the drawings. Bottom line, if you have something to frame and want it done right, take it somewhere else, not here. Any other framer is better than this. read more

Over the course of at least 10 years, I have worked with Michelle to frame every art piece in my home, most recently our prized photo of my boyfriend's father on the cover of Post. This photo doesn't really do it justice, but you will see that Michelle used charcoal gray silk as a mat and other magic to make the magazine cover pop, while maintaining it's understated elegance. As the article is such a treasure, she secured a sleeve on the backside to hold the magazine. read more
