I called in with a DIY failure and got same day service. They were able to get my tub faucet insert out and placed a new one in. There was no way I was getting the insert out with the Home Depot tool. After watching how hard it was to remove the insert with the proper tool, I knew at that time making the call to DeVinney plumbing was definitely the right call. Great Experience! Alerted to a Drain Fly issue by our pest control folks; which also coincided with a recent sewage smell in a couple of areas in the house. Don came out to investigate... A number of damp areas under the house from cast iron that was leaking. Don recommended repiping: Drain and water. Plumbing Crew(s) led by Rafael were great and VERY respectful of our home. High quality plumbers you can rely on. Long story short, our water heater started leaking and caused damage to its surrounding area and we needed help. A plumber from another company came out later that night and did the bare minimum- did not even properly diagnose our issue and let our water heater continue leaking.
