There was no way I was getting the insert out with the Home Depot tool. DeVinney Plumbing did a wonderful job in installing two (2) wide-spread faucets and re-installing an under-the-counter sink that became detached from the counter top. My worry was the re-installation of the sink, since this was an old sink where the holding brackets may not be available any longer. But our plumber, Josh, figured how to fix it. After re-mounting the sink and sealing it with plumbing caulking, the sink functioned like new. For the plumbing job, the price was very reasonable. They arrived on-time (around 0830), were neat in their work, cleaned up after the work, and did an outstanding job with my requested work. My shower valve was steadily leaking and needed to be repaired. Josh looked at the valve and gave me three options to resolve the problem. A plumber from another company came out later that night and did the bare minimum- did not even properly diagnose our issue and let our water heater continue leaking. I called DiVinney plumbing based on a friend's recommendation and they were at my house in 30 minutes, diagnosed the issue, diverted our water out from the heater (which stop the leaking) and replaced the unit following morning.
