They arrived on-time (around 0830), were neat in their work, cleaned up after the work, and did an outstanding job with my requested work. I'm fairly handy myself, and Andrew has always been willing to share helpful pointers along the way, which I really appreciate. Coastline Plumbing has become my go-to plumbers. Whenever Andrew is on the job, I can relax knowing the work is being done correctly and built to last. One thing to expect: Andrew was upfront about this from the beginning, but Coastline typically doesn't patch drywall or plywood after plumbing work, so you may need to hire someone separately for that part. I had a clog in my bathroom sink…read more had VIP sewer come out to do a snake but the associates came in so hot right out the gate on blatant upsells and "issues" that could not be resolved with just a snake. even so far to point out that there's teflon tape on the pipes that can't be replaced / they don't the specialty tape... TEFLON tape?! hahaha i ain't stupid. once they snaked and was not able to get through, they said that the next step was to find the clog in the wall open the wall cut out the pipe and replace (a 1.5k+ job) i asked if there were any other options like hydro-jetting or such and they said hydro jetting would spew out everywhere not able to be done second floor i did my due diligence and called a few contractors that knew plumbers that werent on yelp a guy came in the next day, hydro-jetted the clog out in 30 minutes without needed to do any of the above, and only charged me $60 lol beware of the upsell! + though, since they did not get the clog out they did not charge me, just off putting on the blatant upsell. the owner seemed nice though.

I called Jesse Moreno on Tuesday, he gave me a quote for a dryer vent cleaning over the phone and came in person to do the job that same Thursday. My dryer vent is odd and goes up through a wall in the center of the house and exits on the roof on the 2nd floor (thanks new home builder). I also asked him to inspect the full length of my vent tube, since houses in my area were known for rushed shoddy construction and part of the vent tube had come apart some years back (but was repaired by some AC guys I hired a few yrs ago). Jesse showed up 15min early and got the entire job done within about 35min, including a full cleaning of the vent tube from the roof all the way down to my dryer without having to move anything, take anything apart, and he spent a minimum of time inside my house. At my request, he also ran a camera down the tube to ensure there were no unrepaired breaks or leaks and everything was intact and working the way it was supposed to. At the end of the job he provided me with the video which showed my vent tube was sparkly clean, and he ended up charging me exactly what he quoted over the phone and not a penny more. Yes this job can be DIY if you have the right tools. But Jesse was so fast and clean and did the job so effortlessly, I feel like I will keep his number and call him every so often and save myself the time and effort. Our hot water tank has issue and the original estimate was $225 which I've authorized to proceed. The issue wasn't resolved and the technician came back out without any estimate provided. The issue still remained and the third time the technician came out without a resolution. I became concern of the bills since they did not mention any additional costs. JustinTime proceeded with parts replacement and the problem still not resolved. I called the main office and insisted for the estimate before they can proceed. I received an invoice of $850 with additional $350 of more work needed. A job of $225 now end up to be $1,200 and no guaranteed the issue will be resolved. The office manager Elizabeth has a really bad customer service then they passed the invoice to their collectible department who hung up on me as soon as I explained to her the problem. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANY ADDITIONAL WORK after the first visit WHEN THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTED. This is not an all you can eat buffet to keep charging your customers! You guys are professional and that's why you charge $80 per hour to provide a consultation and estimate to fix the issue. I'm not paying for test and error so you can prolongs the problem and keep charging your customer. Update: As soon as I wrote this review, Elizabeth called and threaten to take me to small claim court! Awesome customer service! First you hung up and trying to talked over your customer, then called back to threaten legal action. read more

Be ware of their price gauging and their rip off style. They sent two of their techs. to unclog a floor drain in a restaurant. The job cost was $3,500.00 and out of despair we agreed. They sent two clumsy technicians (they were using a screw driver to dig in a concrete) for a two people and 4 hours job and failed to do it right. This how much they charged. They came the following day to do another clogged drain (they were already contracted to do) and they wanted to charge $6000.00 more and when failed to complete the job they left the kitchen floor dangerously open and the following day was Saturday and refused to continue. We talked to the lady in the office who claimed she is vacationing and cannot do anything. That behavior caused the restaurant to close for 3 days with a loss of revenue more that $8,000.00. After they left we checked the security cameras and the three guys (one claimed to be supervisor) were sitting drinking beer in the store. The following day, we hired another real professional who redone all the work they claimed they had done, and completed the remaining ones at less than 70% of the charges they charged and the job was approved. Please learn your lesson from our mistakes and qualify whomever contractor you try to hire before you do. Absolutely not recommended for any commercial business. read more

The Samurai has his Katana, the cowboy has his six shooter, and JustinTime plumbing has his 150ft snake. We operate a medical facility and had some horrid, ungodly stench coming from our pipes as well as back flow from a pretty bad back up. We called 3 plumbers who all gave up after a worthy battle with the clog. Due to their inability to clear the clog we approached after hours and needed it resolved before the next day in order to services patients, many who were from out of town. Many plumbing companies say they have emergency services and are 24 hours, but oddly enough don't pick up the phone. By sheer fortune we called JustinTime plumbing. Our technician was Brock. Let me say, he was superb. He told us when he arrived that he was stubborn and did not like to lose, and ultimately this was the difference. I would think that many would have given up long before we got to the clog. Ultimately he got to the clog after 3.5 hours and somewhere around 2 am in the morning. The problem is possibly related to poorly maintained city sewer system. JustinTime is helping us properly and professional document the clog in the event we have a remedy agains the city or another party. Cannot recommend more. I was very impressed and pleased with their service when I needed them to "Roto Rooter", meaning Hydro jet, backyard drains that had become root bound. The guys, Israel and Ruben, couldn't have been more professional or nicer, they did a superb job! I could see how hard they were working and the proof really came when two days later the big rains poured down and my drains did a very good job, where before they were sluggish and even muddy. I was thrilled to see that I no longer had issues with these strains. I highly recommend JustinTime and now when I need indoor plumbing repairs, I will certainly call them. Not only did their expertise impress me but their customer service levels were awesome. My first contact, Elizabeth, was so knowledgeable and helped me understand what process I would need and even texted me pictures. Their price was about the same as everyone else's, Except it was a little lower than one other place I called. I was fine with that. The main thing that I was concerned with was with these drains perform when the big rains came and they absolutely did. Great job all around, to Israel and Ruben and Elizabeth. My kitchen sewer clog and my insink erator look like leaking too, call Justin Time Plumbing on Friday, and made appointment for Monday morning 8.00 to 9.00AM. Monday morning around 8.00 am, Elisabeth call me back to let us know the plumber on the way to my home. Around 9.00am, plumbers knocked my door, and his name Adam, and I show him the problem with my kitchen sewer, and he start with snaked and cleanout behind my kitchen with big snake machine, and then install new insinkerator and rebuilt my both drain under my kitchen sink, removed deposit grease from my old cast iron pipe and then snake its with smaller Snake Machine, and then one more time snake again with a big snake machine due to grease being pushed down. Finally we test my kitchen sewer and look its worked as its should be, good job Adam. Thanks Adam D for your patient, nice work and professional. Having used Justin Time before, I knew what to expect. And again, they didn't disappoint! We thought we might have a leak in one of the fixtures in our guest (upstairs) bathroom, but Mark arrived, opened the access panel to troubleshoot the plumbing, and VOILA, no real problem! To make sure, he filled and emptied the tub and both sinks multiple times and everything was fine. Turned out that it was just seismic activity that was the problem, causing a disturbance in the drywall around the access panel. Mark "tweaked" a couple of things to make double sure we would have no plumbing issues and I was VERY pleased with the outcome. Huge props to Mark! If you want a reliable plumbing contractor who are total pros, and fair in their pricing, Justin Time is your choice! As many of you probably know, it's hard to find a professional in any of the trades who really knows what they're doing and actually cares about the work they do. As a homeowner, I've experienced more than my share of them. If you're in need of a plumber, you need look no further than Justin for the competent professional you can trust when you need a plumber. I've had him out a few times for various plumbing issues. He's always on time and the work he's done has been great. One of the many positives is that I get the feeling he puts the same effort into the work he does for me as he would if he were working on his own plumbing. Michael got the job done!! Had a smell in the bathroom that wouldn't go away. I talked to the scheduler via text message on Monday and set a Tuesday morning appointment. Michael showed up on time and texted in advance so I could put the dogs in private place. He did a complete walkthrough of the house and yard looking at all the exterior plumbing access points. He found a few questionable plumbing situations (on a 50-year-old house) and then went right to work. The likely culprit was a badly seated wax ring under one of the toilets. He took his time, set a new ring, and equally as important he cleaned up after himself including sanitizing the bathroom floor and walls around the toilet area. We may have more issues, but Michael tackled this one professionally and effectively. We called and setup an appointment for the next day, honestly they showed up at the start of the time frame given and Miachel looked under 9+ sinks for corroded valves. Turned out we needed 18 valves and "some" not all needed new water lines to be replaced, got the quote at the end of the appointment and I figured it would be over the top expensive. Very reasonable pricing and they basically could have started that day! We ended up taking the day to think about it.. called back later that night, I mean 9pm late!! Got a response back via text and no joke had Miachel, Jason and tyler here at the start of the AM time frame given once again. I was referred to JustinTime from a contractor friend that said he always uses them and trusts them and they do a good job. We inherited a 60 year old house with very hard water deposits clogging the original pipes. I could not be happier with the service they provided. Tyler the technician showed up on time, was very good at explaining what he was going to do before he gave the estimate, was very respectful when he was coming in or going out. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was nervous about reaching out as you hear about so many home repair horror stories. I had no idea who to ask to work an issue I had with a couple of sink valves I found impossible to remove myself. It was pure luck that I reached out to Justintime. Once Jesse arrived he went straight to work. He was professional and polite throughout. The valves were very stubborn to come out but Jesse continued to persevere until they were finally removed. Blake and Josh were amazing. We were very concerned about a high pitched whistling sound that seemed clearly related to our plumbing. They were both very honest in their evaluation that we had a problem with our PRV which was broken and all damaged. They also said our water pressure was way too high. In replacing the new PRV, they recognized that there were rocks in the pipe and this situation could have definitely caused a slab leak. The honesty came from both plumbers explaining that they are 99.9 percent sure and they reached out directly to the owner of the company for even further brainstorming before proceeding. In times when good, honest and quality service is hard to find, I can say that I've finally found one -- JustinTime Plumbing. I presented Justin with the work I needed done over the phone and he was able to give me a fair quote unlike the other companies I called. I called three top rated plumbers on Yelp and chose JustinTime due to same day (morning actually) service and good telephone conversation. Justin and his apprentice Cody arrived within about an hour and quickly identified and then resolved the upstairs leak that I noticed downstairs. No plumbing upstairs was apparently leaking on my inspection but Justin and Cody knew where to look and did several tests to find the leak, and then quickly corrected it. Justin and Cody where both very professional, answered my questions while they worked, and were friendly. Trevor was very professional and provided excellent communication during plumbing work clearing out a drain clog, assessing the situation accurately and describing what my options were his recommendations which turned out to be spot on. I would rank him near the top of professional plumbers I have encountered. Katie and Elizabeth on the phone were both very responsive and helpful in taking my calls during plumbing service requests. They answer quickly and follow up professionally. They were a pleasure to communicate with and help take the stress out of plumbing issues. Carter came out, looked at the home, has a world of experience and was confident this would be a 2 day job. One day to run all the pipes in the house, the next to tackle the holes in the wall. We had a repiping and we talked to a few companies and they were all pretty honest, and Carter was a plumber and believed in things being done right. Could we have gotten it done cheaper, pretty sure that was possible. But you know that you are going to get what you pay for, and pipes over my head with water doesn't seem like something you want to skimp on. On vacation and come back to a swamp with water pouring in from the ceiling, thanks but no thanks, I will pay a little more for quality work with quality material that is high grade not Home Depot stuff. He was not nearly the most expensive, but he was extremely fair and quality work. On time, professional, cost effective, went the extra mile, was generous in his efforts, accommodating and expeditious. Not sure what else you need to hear, I can confidently say you will not be disappointed. Why do you think they have 5 stars, because of scummy business practices, being late, over charging, shoddy work ripping people off? That isn't who they are and they deserve your money and time - don't mess around with plumbing and save your money. I will have them handle the new mains when we have the cash for it.

I had a big water issue from a recent remodel and the entire time we speculated it came from drainage. After several visits to isolate the problem Brandon and Arran had a different theory...maybe the issue isn't a drain issue after all. They traced the problem to water softener as the glue seal wasn't fully set but that didn't really explain why there was so much water leaking and they weren't satisfied yet. The investigated other possibilities and asked me to turn on my AC, once I did that, gallons and gallons of water started flowing and turns out that it isn't a plumbing issue but rather, an HVAC issue. They both spent multiple days and hours diagnosing the problem and were not satisfied until they found the problem. Arran assured me that he's not giving up until he located the source and I commend them both for being diligent, honest, and thinking outside of the box!!!
