Was worried that it would cost as much to fix them as it would to buy new ones but was very pleasantly suprised when I found out from the engineer that I hadnt set my oven to the correct setting and it actually worked!! Phoned them up and was offered a discount to make the appliance cheaper than anyone else. Ordered on Sunday morning and had the new fridge freezer in my kitchen by Monday afternoon. Was sent text messages informing of estimated delivery time and then when they where on their way to me. Delivery men where polite and friendly, they removed my old appliance and delivered the new one quickly, following covid guidance while doing so. Highly recommended, especially if close to Manchester for local delivery.

At the Appliance Repair Centre they guarantee to repair leading makers of everything from microwaves to vacuum cleaners and it is all done with speed and at a price which is more than reasonable. Again this place has a variety of spare parts and as such is in direct competition with the Bargain Shop. I would say there is very little to choose between the two and my decision would be based primarily on the proximity I was to either of the two establishments. To find one of these shops is rare nowadays so two is a minor miracle and the people of Selly Oak can count themselves fortunate.
