Calling this business merely a gas station or a convenience store would seem to be doing it a disservice - there's so much going on here that it's more like a destination - kind of like the Disney World of gas stations. To the left of the huge number of fuel pumps stands a separate building that houses an automatic car wash. The main store is positively cavernous. To the left is a Dunkin' Donuts, with a few tables near the front window (the Dunkin' also has a drive-up, which wraps around the back of the building and doesn't seem to interfere with the gas station traffic). On the right side of the store is a bona-fide barbecue restaurant (no pizza slices or hot dogs on rollers at this gas station, folks!) that also has a few tables in front of its counter. Registers are in the right-front corner of the store, along with an island cooler of to-go foods. Also, there is a f'real shake machine, which is usually only found at Cumberland Farms. Despite all that occupies this store, it doesn't feel the least bit cramped. On the contrary, I feel like you could almost play a game of football, basketball or street hockey (take your pick) in this store. Even the shelves of snacks in the middle of the store have plenty of room around them. While the store has a huge cool factor, a few things prevented me from giving it five stars. First, it's difficult pulling out of here because the store is near - but not at - a traffic light, and also because an off-ramp from Route 99 dumps traffic onto Mendon Road. Although the men's bathroom was clean, they need to hire a plumber to fix the rocking toilet. Also, a fair amount of restocking needed to be done in the drink coolers. read more

I have had several horrible experiences with the new employee ASHLEY she is very rude, disrespectful, and her manager can't control her. I went in to play me lottery and I tried to avoid Ashley because I have had issues with her before. I went to the other person working and asked if he could do my lottery for me he was polite and kind and went to do my lottery while he was at the machine Ashley walked over to him and loud enough for me to hear her said make sure you do her stuff right or she will report you to corporate. I told her to mind her business I was not dealing with her and she's isn't need to comment Ashley proceeded to run her mouth at me even leaned around the glass and said that WE DONT ALWAYS GET WHAT WE WANT the manager told Ashley to shut her mouth but Ashley kept being rude and arguing back at me. I have been going to this store for years and have not had any issue I love the 2 assistant managers Nancy and Sharon they can't do enough for any of there customers but the new manager can't handle one employee and stands there letting her disrespect customers then maybe she is in the wrong profession. I hope something is done with Ashley I can't be the only person she has treated rudely and I doubt this will be the last but since she told the other employee I was going to corporate I figured I would let you know that's how she talks and treats your customers. read more

Newer shell station.i normally don't go to shell because they seem to always be higher priced gas.i guess watching those fancy monitors on your pump helps you forget your getting raped by high prices. cashiers are usually not happy to be there.i guess in there defense if I had to be a cashier at a gas station for no money id be miserable too. At the times I've been it's either before work,during lunch or after work and at those times they are always very busy.with a set of lights right there, rt99 there, high traffic and a dunkin connected to shell it can be time consuming to visit this location. Using a co-workers recommendation I tried there pizza for lunch one day.what a mistake! I should have known better, gas stations are meant for gas not pizza.i wouldn't feed that crap to my dog. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts that I have ever gone to. The customer service is awful and they NEVER get my order correct. Today I ordered a decaf Hazelnut med hot coffee with milk and one splendor, I got to the window after at least a 5 minute wait since it always seems like you are waiting... got my coffee which the cup is NEVER marked to show what should be in it and I asked the girl at the window if it was decaf, she did not even look at me and said YES it is I made it myself and it WAS NOT DECAF. Lately I have gone in to place my order but do not always have the time. This location is close to where I work in Highland Park. NEVER AGAIN.... someone needs to go and check on this location. They have gas, convenience store, dunkin donuts (with drive thru), a carwash, and a pizza/sandwich place inside. To be honest, If you get the pizza fresh, when it first comes out...it's not bad. It's a good one-stop place before you jump on the highway. There's one lady that works there who wakes up on the wrong side of the bed every day. Other than her, the staff is friendly... for the most part. read more

A good gas station right off the highway, TV at the pumps so you can watch ESPN while you pump your gas, a good thing because it takes near 5 min to fill a large tank if you are running on empty. They do kind of push the car wash even when you are paying at the pump by asking if you want to wash your car. But overall I enjoy buying gas here. read more

I go to this gas station every day. The staff is great ( minus the sketchy lady that works the late night shift, she needs to go). The prices are also reasonable. My only complaint is that where they are on Mendon road it is hard to pull out without getting into an accident. read more
