It clearly seems to me as though the ownership is trying to save some $$ and screw over their customers by closing the touchless wash whenever they feel convenient, so much for "24/7". Parking is adequate, although the underground gas tank fill covers are located under some of the parking spaces. There is a turning lane in case you have to turn left when pulling out.
