I was asked to fill out my medical history and then was able to speak with the board certified doctor about my desired outcomes. Thanks to Dr. Kyle's recommendations, we choose the inner beauty. My hairdresser recommended for me to have an infusion since I had hair loss after Covid. The clinic and doctor were very knowledgeable and friendly. The room was beautiful and had a very nice massage chair and ambient lights. I did not feel any pain and left feeling happy and proud for having invested in myself. I look forward to returning to try a few of the other infusions like the NAD+ the next time I return. I am going to buy one for my daughter who just had a baby as a health booster for a busy nursing mom. I would hope for compassion at a counseling center, but I would have taken at least a customer focus. She came across as bothered by my call. She was rude in her tone when she said they are not accepting new patients. I have some time to continue looking for services, but if I was not in that place and really needed some help and answers, that may have been more than I could handle. Please remember who you're services. If someone takes the step to call, be kind. Its not that hard. Its so unfortunate that this was her response.
