Every day chores became 3x harder because the slightest bit of movement caused shooting pain from my lower back down to the back of my right leg. I couldn't even lift my then one year old child without hurting myself. It felt like I had a spine of an 80 year old, at only 22. I saw various specialists and underwent different procedures but nothing helped to improve my back until physical therapy. From day one at this facility, Dale was attentive to my needs and was always encouraging me. I really liked that she challenged me every session and believed in my abilities when I didn't. She is very knowledgeable and helped me in finding ways to improve my posture, movement, sleep position, and home workout. She is also very knowledgeable of the equipments, especially the reformer, which helped me a ton with gaining my strength back. I made a full recovery and now living pain free for almost 2 years. I'm so thankful to Dale for not just giving me my life back, but also for building up my confidence in myself.

And then a friend recommended SPARK. I showed up with tears running down my eyes, my crooked frame and with little hope. After some tests Dr. Kristen diagnosed the issue and after a dry needling session I walked out of there like a human- with my back straight. After the second session my life was back to normal. Hallelujah. A true miracle in my book. I am forever grateful. I highly recommend SPARK Physiotherapy to everyone with any pain. All of the therapists are top notch and extremely knowledgeable. After three sessions there to try to treat a shoulder/neck injury, I had not been given any dry needling that I asked for and felt that I was simply being rushed, as my therapist was always trying to move to his next appointment. In one hour with Matt, he found muscles in my shoulder that I didn't even realize were causing me problems and he FIXED THEM. It was literally amazing. By the end of the hour, I had already restored almost the full range of motion of my neck and head. It felt like 3 hours, but it was just an hour to diagnose, treat, and to give me stretches to do at home to prevent soreness. Worth every penny.

I was an athlete for many years and had old injuries that wouldn't quite resolve and always had nagging pain that wouldn't com heal until I started working with Core wellness. Back, hip and shoulder issues are gone, and I'm finally pain free. Clean, welcoming and professional office on maine at Del Ray, I highly recommend it , they are PT Pros!!

We were talking about what it's like to go to one of those in-network PT farms where a 22 year old is loosely overseeing your exercises while also attending to several other patients in a large open area that all feels slightly chaotic and, to be honest, just a little bit sus lol. Core Wellness is not that place. If you can afford it, just go here. They have highly experienced staff who give you dedicated, one on one attention for the full hour and they take a holistic approach to solving your issue -- really listening; asking good follow up questions each session and pivoting as needed; explaining what's going on at all times and how different issues might be connected; working on your muscles with different techniques instead of just giving you basic exercises to do by yourself that you could have found online; etc. I saw Kelly and she is one of those healthcare professionals you wish all providers were like. My husband saw her as well last year and felt the same. Anyway, 5 stars, no notes.

I enjoyed my weekly visits to work on strengthening both legs for quad/knee pain. I do wish there had been some more direction observation/instruction while I did exercises; I had to seek out a staff member if I had questions about my form. My main issue with Alliance was the billing department, it was such a headache it really soured my experience and I would not choose them again. My final visit at Alliance when I was discharged was in October 2023, and the front office told me that a final bill would be sent to me. I received no bill in the several weeks that followed, so I reached out to the billing department (a centralized number, so not any of the office staff I had directly interacted with). As more time passed, my concern grew that maybe a bill existed and I wasn't receiving it somehow. I did not want the bill to show up to any entity as 'unpaid' and affect my credit. It is now June 2024 and I have finally received my final bill, 8 months after my final visit. I estimate I called the billing department between 8-10 times over those 8 months getting the same non-answer each time. The billing department person would look up my account, tell me there was a note about my previous call, and that someone was supposed to have followed up. The person said they would check with the manager since there was something unique about my insurance, and someone would call me back. Never did I actually receive a call back in all of these occurrences; I would have to call again in a few days or weeks and present the same question about my bill. Perhaps the 8th time I called in June 2024, the person said the bill was finalized and they would send it to my email. I was so relieved! Even if there was something unique about my insurance and it was taking extra time to process, the billing department never had any answers for me when I called until the final time. Even when the bill was finalized, it wasn't sent to me until I called to ask for it. Without my persistence, I'm not sure I would have ever received anything.

I highly recommend this place. Everyone is incredibly attentive and professional. My PT-Krishna-…read morehas really been focusing on each one of my pain points and has been absolutely fantastic. After years of pain and still (somehow) being able to compete in triathlon (and even a Full Ironman thrown in there for additional pain) and Half-Marathons, it was time to go under the knife. This surgery is not for the faint of heart. I could care less about the scarring; gaining mobility and the ability to exercise again is the focus. My first session was an indepth consult with Lish. Then right into some PT. I actually look forward to every visit. Why? -The team is so supportive, professional and talented. -Clean facility. -They remember your name - it's like Cheers without the alcohol. -They monitor your progress, cheering me on with every milestone. -They give me realisitic expectations, like telling me when i can start running again. -The most amazing PT videos that i need to do at home. Lish sends them to my email and instead of paper, i can watch the videos and it reinforces the techniques. With only 7 more sessions, I am confident I will be out racing again soon! Enormously grateful for Lish and the team that helps me out: Brinn, Charley, Malik and Save (sp?) who checks me in every time. Will spare attaching a picture of my foot right after surgery....

Sure, you can find street parking, but if you're coming here, I don't know, for PHYSICAL THERAPY, walking around is a tad problematic.
