She asked for pictures that I sent and since I received no response, I figured it will be fine. During the app. she recommended to get evaluated by dermatology and the doc does not think that I am a great candidate for the procedure at all. Now, I am unable to reschedule my appointment nor get the deposit back even though I made a good will attempt to reach out well advance. I am impressed by lack of empathy, cold heartedness. I welcome you to rethink some of your business practices, maybe offer short consultations for a smaller fee, etc. so a good potential client who genuinely appreciates your time doesn't feel like she got taken advantage. Due to lack of ethics alone, I do not recommend!!!

Ani's team took such good care of my bridal party, they all looked like they were going to a red carpet event. Now that she has gone out on her own it is on a whole new level. The salon is gorgeous, it would fit in with any salon here in NYC. I have gone to both Ashely and Briana for brows and makeup as well and as they have been trained by Ani and they are just as fabulous too. In her new salon, Ani has just introduced spray tanning and skin care services to her menu. With this long and cold winter my skin had been looking drab and dull and I thought for a facial and peel for $150 I can't loose. My peel was scheduled with Briana and all I have to say is WOW! The facial included an apple stem peel with 2 masks and serums. During the peel I listened to relaxing music and received a killer hand massage. I have had several chemical peels in my day, I guess you could say I am a bit of a connoisseur. This peel is on the lighter side and I have not experienced any peeling, so there is not 1 minute of downtime. No downtime - all results! Being in town from NYC I met with 2 friends for dinner right after my peel. They were raving about how soft my skin felt and how much my skin was glowing. The next day I had brunch with another friend and my skin looked so good I only put concealer on under my eyes and some mascara, my skin was on full display! I had 3 women ask me what foundation I was wearing throughout the day. If that isn't the best compliment, I don't know what is. I will wrap this up, don't walk - RUN to Ani's new location and make an appointment with Ani, Ashley and Briana stat!

Today, I got charged 68, which included a 4% credit card fee (if you use any type of credit card, they charge a fee). The prices they have listed are not accurate. The services here are very poor, which doesn't make sense why they charge so much. They don't do anything special, no massage while waiting for your hands to dry, no drinks, not even a conversation. I asked for a pink color on both my toes and hands, and I got orange on my feet and hot pink on my nails. I even said the number of the polish to both technicians. I couldn't tell at the salon, but once I stepped outside, I couldn't believe the difference. This place is not worth it in any aspect. I wasn't even told they would charge a fee for using a credit card. He said oh, it's 64 and then said oh, credit card, then it's 68. I had to read the sign that was pretty much hidden to understand why there were two prices stated. I wasn't going to say anything because I've had enough of this salon. I try to justify the price, but their work doesn't match the amount requested. There are so many other salons that do such a better job and offer so much better service.
