I've been to this salon numerous times. I always get a regular pedicure and a gel manicure with overlay. For some reason, the prices are never similar. It always ranges from 60-80 dollars... Today, I got charged 68, which included a 4% credit card fee (if you use any type of credit card, they charge a fee). The prices they have listed are not accurate. The services here are very poor, which doesn't make sense why they charge so much. They don't do anything special, no massage while waiting for your hands to dry, no drinks, not even a conversation. I asked for a pink color on both my toes and hands, and I got orange on my feet and hot pink on my nails. I even said the number of the polish to both technicians. I couldn't tell at the salon, but once I stepped outside, I couldn't believe the difference. This place is not worth it in any aspect. I wasn't even told they would charge a fee for using a credit card. He said oh, it's 64 and then said oh, credit card, then it's 68. I had to read the sign that was pretty much hidden to understand why there were two prices stated. I wasn't going to say anything because I've had enough of this salon. I try to justify the price, but their work doesn't match the amount requested. There are so many other salons that do such a better job and offer so much better service. I made an appointment for 2 people at 10:30 on a Saturday 3 days in advance for a gel polish change. ended up waiting over an hour and the storeowner told me there was nothing he could do. when I went to check our, after waiting 1+ hour for a polish change, they were unwilling to accommodate at all and didn't apologize for their lack of attention and care to customers. if you want to wait a long time to get your nails done for poor quality, go here. read more

Took my family to the nail salon for a ladies day and each one of us was treated to a spa treatment at a very fair price. There were 8 of us total (one got a pedicure and the rest of us gel manis). My 3y/o was also treated like a VIP as she got her polish. Leo fixed my one nail that had broken almost down the middle (it had been 3 weeks since I last had my nails done). I don't know how he did it but I forgot which nail it was when he was done and it's now 1 week later with no breaking. We did not have an appointment but we got lucky as the people in there before us were just finishing up and they had no upcoming appointments. read more

Came here around 2pm as a walk in and was seen right away. There was plenty of colors to choose from the gel collection (which is always a good sign). Annie took care of my gel manicure and was so gentle and took her time the whole way through. She even kept checking to make sure I was happy with the shape, color, and design. My first time here last Sunday. New owners took over about 3 months ago. The place is small and clean. Huge selection of regular and gel polishes. I got a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. A week later, my nails still look great. Even after cleaning my house sans gloves. Price was fair. I was given $6 off since I received 2 services. $41 for a gel mani & pedi ? I'm sold. Awesome experience. I got a jelly pedi which turns the water into a nice jello like consistency and honestly keeps the water warmer longer. The pedicure was nice and it was nice that they time your massage for a generous 10 mins. Almost fell asleep. Got my nails done with a special design and was very happy i got it pretty much identical to the picture i brought in. Sometimes i like to bring nail design photos and it looks nothing like what i showed them but this time it was identical. Yay. The interior is clean and spacious. The parking lot has plenty space and the staff couldn't be any nicer. I felt very welcomed and hope to be back soon. Stop over here if you are in the area you won't be disappointed. read more

I have used Kathy Nails for years. After the shop was sold I stayed and began using Annie. She did a very nice job. The owner however is a very nasty, arrogant man. I have made many appointments when he changed me to a different girl. Once 3 people did my nails. Today I had a 5:30 appointment. When I arrived he told me Annie had a pedicure and someone else would do my nails in 10 minutes. 10 minutes later he said it would be another 20 minutes! When I confronted him he told me appointments were hard to keep. Then why make them! No apology, just excuses, zero customer service. Not the way to run a business. I walked out and will never go back . Do yourself a favor and don't use this shop! I am so angry. I needed my nails done! read more

I have been going here for almost 2 year and after my last appointment I will not be back. I had an appointment but still waiting 30 min. Which wasn't a huge deal, got a polish change on toes that I was charged $15 for.... In which the old polish was left on my skin and not cleaned up. Paint job awful. Bubbles on my big toe. Pics attached. I got a full set and wanted a simple French tip but very skinny with a darker base color so you wouldn't see my real nail. I got a clear base coat with the thickest French tip. When I said I wasn't happen, she refused to drill the color off and start over. I then had to go to another nail salon for them to completely redo the gel color. For the past month I have been to the salon for gel Refills twice and one dip powder. The reason? The nails would chip or start lifting from the nail bed in just a week. The name of the tech - Leo did my nails! Clearly he wasn't doing a good job because with the previous owner my gel nails would last close to 3 weeks. Last weekend I got dip powder and my nails chipped twice so today I said enough and went to a different nail salon. Don't waste your money on this salon if you need liquid gels or dip powder...they are useless!!! read more

Today was my first visit to this salon. I had a really great experience overall and everyone was beyond friendly. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman that did my pedicure because she was great but I did get the name of the gentleman who did my gel manicure. His name was Leo and he did a fantastic job. The salon was clean, they were detailed and they made sure my nails were perfect before I left. I don't know if it was because I got the spa pedicure but I got a five minute back massage and man it was amazing. The only problem I had was the water in the tub got cold quickly even after I asked them to warm it up but that would definitely not stop me from coming back. This is definitely my new go to salon. Would highly recommend checking them out! read more

These guys are great. I've been coming from DC to Philly to help a sick relative almost every 2 weeks since March and I now wait to get my nails done here every time. Everyone is very good, pays close attention to detail, and they provide a massage while your nails dry (who doesn't like that). I last came on Christmas Eve, which they said they'd be open till 7. They must have not been getting a lot of clients, because it was clear they were planning to close early when I walked in. But they still totally pampered me and didn't cut any corners. Compared to some of the other nail places in the area, this shop is top of the line. read more

I had commitments in this area that made visiting this nailery convenient. I no longer have the need to visit this neighborhood, but this place is worth the trip. The shop is clean, cozy and comfortable. The staffs friendly personalities are contagious. Their positive attitudes spread to the clients. I am not a very social person, but I find myself socializing with complete strangers while we receive service. On my last visit I notice a polish issue on one nail. When I showed the gentlemen there, he insisted on re-polishing my nails after seeing issues that another technician missed. This was 15 minutes after their scheduled closing time. He took this opportunity to teach a couple of his techs how to do a proper polish job. These folks are on another level in terms of integrity and customer service. Let me not forget that they will give complimentary massages while you sit under the dryer. read more
