Diego and his team are amazing! I went through at least 3 company quotes (Bello's cleaning, Krissia's Kleaning, and Kay's cleaning) and Diego surpassed them all because of his efficient, reliable, and customer-service driven approach! I just got a really good feeling from speaking with Diego over the phone than I did any other service. For the deep cleaning service, the market rate is about $400.00 based on my research, so Diego's price was fair. My house is a 3-level townhome that is 1,300 sq ft. His every-3 week and monthly rates are reasonable, as well, with the every-3 week cleaning being the cheapest! I needed a deep cleaning service within 3 days of calling Diego, and he was able to make it happen. Upon calling him, he arrived at my house a few hours later and walked in, walked around my house, and asked me thorough questions about what services I needed, while kindly interjecting when he thought I might need something additional. Everything he recommended was reasonable and not an "upsell", but instead, items that I definitely needed. When he finished the walk-through, he shared the price with me, told me about his team, and was able to fit me into his schedule to do a cleaning before the end of the week. When he and his team arrived on Friday, they were exactly on time and ready to go. It was nice to see a company owner work with his team to clean and also direct his team on how to ensure the place was spotless. Diego is a person of order, so he also straightened up my house for me, as well, which I appreciated! He told me where he organized everything, at the end of the service. If you don't want this, just make sure to tell them in advance, so that they know not to re-arrange any of your items that you may like in a particular order. There was a light bulb that one of his team members was cleaning as part of the ceiling fan, and somehow it broke, but she immediately came to get me to let me know, which I thought was very honest! Diego also regularly asked me questions throughout the service to make sure we were in agreement on different things, which I also felt was honest! When the team was done, the place was SPOTLESS and the best I've ever seen it and smelled it (see pictures; I forgot to take before pictures, but trust me, the house, flooring, and bathtubs didn't look as clean as they do in these photos). Diego's service made me love my home even more! I've gotten a lot of compliments on the house and my guest was felt so much at home when she visited because of how clean Diego and his team left it. I will definitely be scheduling a regular service every 3-4 weeks because of how great a job Diego did! I can't recommend Nova Master Cleaning enough! Diego came to my home for an initial estimate and was very thoughtful and thorough in going through my house to determine cleaning needs and a recommended schedule. I really appreciate his flexibility with a three week cleaning schedule instead of being locked in to every 2 or 4 weeks like most services. The price is extremely reasonable and the service is totally worth the cost. He came to the first cleaning with the team to instruct them on all the specific things we discussed during the initial meeting. The house was spotless after they left. Diego seemed friendly and responsive, but that's about where the positive experience ended. I hired Nova for a move out clean. Over the phone I explained that the house was pretty dirty and covered with lots of drywall dust from recent construction. Diego quoted me $285. I told him that I could pay a little more if it ended up being more work than anticipated. When he arrived with his team, he looked around and told me the place was bigger and in worse shape than he expected. His new estimate: $500. He told me he'd have to add to the team of cleaners to get it all done. I had thought the $285 quote was too good to be true -- $500 was on the high side but more in line with the other quotes I'd been getting -- so I said okay. If Nova had done a great job, the $500 would have been worth it. But the cleaning job was rushed. His team arrived later than promised -- he said an earlier job that day ran long -- and they were clearly hurrying to get everything done so that they could be ready by the time their Uber arrived to take them home. I was skeptical when Diego texted me after only two hours to let me know my whole house (2,000 square foot) deep clean was almost ready... and, it turns out, I was right to be skeptical. The first thing I noticed was that the tops of the door frames were still completely dirty and covered with dirt and dust. Remember, this was supposed to be a move out clean so I could get it in perfect shape for a new tenant. I pointed this out to Diego, and he apologized and started cleaning the frames himself. Basically the team had missed the top of every door frame on the main floor. Walking around the house, I noticed that some corners of rooms were still dirty. A prominent wooden ledge running the entirety of the basement was full of dust. The areas in between the banister railing hadn't been touched and were still gross. I pointed out the few things I saw. Diego was clearly ready to get out of there, but he dutifully cleaned what I pointed out. Only in the coming days, once it was light out, did I notice the extent of how deficient this "deep clean" was. Despite promising beforehand that all the baseboards would be clean, it was clear that they hadn't wiped any of them. (See attached photos.) Several corners of rooms had noticeable cobwebs. I contacted Diego to express my dissatisfaction and request either some money back, or for his team to return and clean things properly. He apologized profusely and sent his team back out to go over everything again. When I returned to the property, I saw that the baseboards were now clean and the cobwebs were gone. But as I continued prepping to get ready for an open house, I found more problems. The horizontal blinds in the kitchen were gross and clearly hadn't been cleaned at all. The light fixtures over the kitchen counter were noticeably dirty. Ultimately, while the house was superficially clean, there were still LOTS of areas that simply hadn't seen a duster or a rag. Worse, I didn't even realize this until prospective tenants were on the way to come tour the place. The whole point of hiring a team to do a deep clean is to not have to worry about this sort of thing, and to NOT have to do it myself. In the end, I found myself displeased with the job Nova did. Maybe it would have been acceptable for the bargain price of $285, but for $500 I expected MUCH more. I feel like a bit of a jerk to be leaving this review, because Diego genuinely seemed like a nice guy. But the work was SO overpriced for what I got. If you want a house that is clean and ready for tenants to move in, do NOT hire Nova Masters. read more

I found this company via Yelp and had never scheduled a professional cleaning service before, but I was really blown away by the attention to detail and great care the Nova Master Cleaning team took to clean my two story townhouse. I was away for the weekend when Nova Master Cleaning came to clean so I did not interact directly with the cleaning crew; however, Diego was extremely communicative and helped me schedule the appointment very quickly with short notice. I was so pleased to come back from a weekend camping trip to a sparking clean home, and it smelled absolutely AMAZING.
