All of our calls are recorded, therefore I can prove what I am saying. The only person I have been able to speak with is Debbie but after I have explained to her what has been going on and asked to speak to a supervisor she placed me on hold over an hour ago and has not come back on the line even to check if I am still here or to let me know she is getting someone soon. Entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. My nurse was Becca My PA name was Sneha Mathew The entire clinic was super efficient when I went there on a Monday afternoon (my first time there). You can make an appointment or simply walk in. I was a walk in. I only waited about 5 or 6 minutes in the main waiting room up front. And once I got to the exam room, I waited less than 10 minutes. He had multiple tests done and when we asked what the results where, it's was always "I don't know". One of the nurses asked if I wanted to take a photo of the results so I could know what was on there and I was like "Isn't it your job to explain that to me? I can't understand that". Our nurse was very nice, but she also barely spoke English so there was many misunderstandings about my father's treatment. Everyone is kind, but very clueless. Couldn't help us figure out how to turn the lights on in the room as well.
