Apparently there is a new call center taking the office calls and they are very bad. I have been left on hold and no one came back, given miss information and waited for over 15 minutes for someone to pick up. They are overly polite but sadly, lacking in good customer service. I have no complaints with the office staff but this call center is a mess.

Thankfully, they took new patients. I checked in and I was called in a little over 5 minutes later. The staff were generous: Andrea, Nurse Practitioner Amanda Lee, and Lynda. They were respectful and answered my questions that I had. I was done within an hour. I enjoyed my time there. I highly recommend this place.

I went to the office to speak with him and he wrote me a bad check and then when I called him, he told me he needed to speak with his accountant before giving me cash because I refused to take another check. He has not only stole the $72 for a test he did not perform, I had to pay another $8 to the bank for the returned check. Steve is a liar, unprofessional, and conducting unethical business, and if you are smart, do not do business with him. He is bogus and has every excuse in the book when you try to get results, and probably needs to be in jail. I do not recommend doing business with Medical Testing or Steve at all.
