When my wife and I (both from the UK) were looking to buy our first home in the US, we were unaware of the buying process and needed a lot of guidance. Noel is very relaxed and very calm which is important when emotions are high when house hunting. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to talk us through the buying process without using any jargon. Noel and his team were exceptional. We were first time home buyers looking to buy in IL while living out of state. Noel and his team did a lot of work to identify houses that met our parameters and he himself spent three straight days showing up ~20 houses over a holiday weekend when we were in town.
