The schedule was delayed a day due to rain, however they arrived the following day right on time, and the entire process was completed in one day. I scheduled for this on a Monday and service was completed Saturday. Quick turn around! And they left my home and lawn area super clean. My only nitpick is their trailer stayed on my property for 3 days after the work was completed, this was just an inconvenience. The large crew arrived dressed in company uniforms and brought lots of safety equipment. They did a fantastic job! In one day, they ripped off the old shingles, replaced all the old plywood, and installed a beautiful new roof. They also did a great job cleaning up around the house. They were quick to respond a fix a portion that needed a little more care. They inspected one year later and called several times to make sure there were no issues. Everyone who works there is very friendly and customer service is in their culture.

The difference is night and day. Think of your average diner compared to a Michelin starred restaurant. They worked magic using aluminum coil, plywood, and two thicknesses of rigid foam to make my house look phenomenal. They were even able to replace any rotten wood, and just added the cost to the invoice. They kept the site clean, and were pleasant to have around. I would recommend them in a heartbeat, but you need a relaxed timeline. November 2020 - I called them and left a message. Never heard back. November 2023 - I saw one of their signs, in town, that said "Email us for a quote.". I did and actually heard back. Within a few back and forth interactions we settled on the scope, type, and signed a contract in December. At the time, they were estimating around 10 months, putting us into October of 2024. In late August I got a call that a number of customers in queue in front of me were waiting on material, and if I was interested now. I told them that there were things that I needed to get done, and that I wasn't available. I managed to get everything done in record time, and called them back. They said that someone else was booked for that week, and we settled on the following week. Once they started, it took a little over a week.
