Compressor absolutely turns on. I can HEAR IT. Didnt bother checking power steering because so far all ive seen is confirmed lies. Finally after multiple mechanics, I decided to take it to Parra for a full diagnosis. Justin had a few hunches what may have been the issue but they did not resolve the problem. It became difficult to troubleshoot since the car had to be inoperable when I brought it to him. Unfortunately the car would eventually start without a resolution. So Justin stuck it out with me and tried one last ditch effort. My car had a key fob but it broke years ago and was never replaced. Justin recommended buying a new key fob since the issue imitated an alarm being activated. While this seemed far fetched, it ended up being the resolution. Car lost power while driving. Scary situation…read more This was recommended by AAA to tow my car to. Mind you, they were just about closing. Or were closed already. The doors were locked and Tim still opened the doors up for me. Opened the garage door to store my car overnight. Filled out some paperwork and was told that they may have issues getting the codes for some BMW's, but will update me. I thanked him for allowing me to come in when they were essentially closed up and I went home. The next day, Tim called me and updated me. Broke down what was needed to be replaced and how much. Even said that there weren't any other issues that needed to be addressed at the time. I agreed to everything over the phone. A few hours later, my car was ready. That was pretty fast considering what they needed to change is quite difficult to get to. Tim explained everything when I was to pay. A bit out of the way from where I live, but I would definitely come back here with Tim's exceptional customer service.
