The customer service of JD garage was EXCELLENT! The guy who answered my call and helped me through was SO helpful (I think his name is Imad), he had me email them a picture of what was wrong, got back to me with a reasonable quote and got it replaced for me, and the entire process was SO smooth! There is nothing wrong with my converter. JD Garage lifted my car, tightened two loose screws, and the rattle disappeared, not joking. They were extremely friendly, and the nice lady at the front desk was so hospitable, and they clearly are very transparent. I feel bad walking away for free, but they will absolutely get my return business. That level of service is just unheard of in this day of age. I recommend, %. First they had to do $820 of 'repairs' which ultimately did nothing. Then there was an extra $700 to fix the problem. I got my car today with supposedly a new battery and got to Kroger's and BAM-Car did not start. So $1500 plus all the Uber costs over the last 2 week=getting close to $2k wasted. Taking the car back tomorrow and if it is not fixed for free I'm suing. Do yourself a favor and do not take your car here.

I've taken my Hellcat in for various services, such as an oil change and having a performance driveshaft and differential brace installed. He is very fair in pricing as well, I would almost go as far as saying as that he doesn't charge as much as his skill would allow him to, because he's definitely worth it. While he specializes in modern Mopars, I wouldnt hesitate in the least to take any other kind of car to him. He takes pride in his work and is definitely passionate about it
