HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, NO GOOD. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I made an appointment at 11:30am 1 week prior to my appointment.. Had to wait an hour and a half in the lobby, just to wait another hour in the doctor's room. Front desk ladies, Amanda, and the other one, bigger lady, didn't have a name tag on, both unprofessional and more interested in sneakily chatting about other patients than actually doing their job. Told me that the reason for my long wait was because of an emergency, but one emergency shouldn't constitute endless waiting hours for others. Also stated that there was only one provider.. Sorry but that is NOT mine and the other patients fault. Do better or shut the place down already. I thought AFC was bad, but this place makes them look like saints. STAY AWAY!!! read more

I went to get stitches after cutting my hand on broken glass. The initial visit, I waited close to an hour and a half before being called to the back. Where I thought it's be a quick stitch up, I swear they forgot I was waiting because my hand was soaking a full hour and some before the doctor came to see me. So fast forward 10 days to have my stitches removed and again I waited a smooth hour in the waiting area and another 30-45 minutes in the room. When the lady finally came in, she was about to utter an excuse for their incompetence but decided to change and ask me about my cut. I admit to being short because how dare you resort to an excuse when I just heard staff say it's been a slow afternoon. She proceeds to say how good the stitch work was yet had trouble removing them, pulling at them. Literally sticking the scissors in and under the knot like she didn't know what she was doing. My incision still open, she covers it immediately with a bandaid, giving no time for me to see. When I got to my car and looked, there were still stitch remnants. I was hesitant to come in based on other yelp reviews, but had no other options on Christmas Eve. The staff from the front desk to the medical assistants/nurses to the doctor were all phenomenal. I feel so lucky to have this team nearby in Greer! They truly care about their patients and will get you in and out as quickly as possible without sacrificing level of care. read more

I was visiting from out of town today b/c I wasn't feeling well and I must say I felt very taken care of. Everyone from the front desk, to the nurse, to the doctor were so polite, informative, communicative and reassuring. I give the PA Derrick Freestone 5 stars. Ive been seeing him several years now. I can't believe all the negative reviews. If they would register and get in line "on line" they wouldn't have to wait so long. I do believe the receptionist needs lessons in common courtesy. I have seen her let phone ring numerous times and even pick it up and hang it up without saying a word. Meanwhile she's talking to another employee about food she had for dinner. I lost my regular family doctor twice. They moved. Dr. Freestone has filled in both times and I prefer him 100 times more than the Doctor Prisma has me with now. I brought my child in because her daycare teachers and I suspected she had an ear infection and it was too close to closing time at my doctor's office. The receptionist and the nurses at Doctors Care were so sweet and really showed that they cared and understood children. That made me very happy and so very thankful. read more

We use to use the Greer location regularly for kid ick & sports physicals but since my son's older now it's been a long time. The struggles I have encountered trying to help him (while he trained for a new job) to get an employment physical have been unreal. I called Greer and a very curt, rude, non listening woman told me to send him there, walk-in no problem. When I tried to make sure she understood what was needed she just loudly repeated herself like I had not said a word & rushed me off the phone. He walks in that evening only to find out Greer does not do what he needs. I call back, advise of what I was told... a new lady tells me only Simpsonville & Congaree do what is needed, there's nothing Greer can do. Frustrated I ask (to ensure no more issues) if Simpsonville does this physical for walk-ins, the lady says yes, yes they do. Fast forward to Simpsonville my son texts & says they're are not doing as we were advised. I call & get stuck w/ another lady who now states the physicals are only by appointment & cut off at a certain time. I'm beside myself. I don't work there I'm a customer if I can't get good, reliable, accurate information from the people who work there what am I expected to do. My son will now lose hours on a new job waiting for a regular doctor's appointment because no one knows their own policies at Doctors care. What happened to this company. I'm highly disappointed & cannot understand why this has gone so poorly... it's to the point I'm wondering if they just not want to serve him. read more

Said we MUST wait in our car for SIX hours and we can't leave and come back??? Like genuinely never go here I asked if I could go home and come back after 5 hours and she said no. It is 1:30 pm and they close at 5 today... 1:30 + 6 = 7:30? And I don't doubt they would make me go home right when they close. NEVER GO HERE!!! read more

This place is a complete joke. I waited 1hr 30 min to get into a room and have now been in a room for an hour and still have not seen a doctor. All I need is an anti-body test. When the employee came in to take my blood she never even put on gloves. I believe this is a health code violation. read more

Wish i could give it zero stars! The wait time is atrocious! It should be separate sides for sick vs non medical exams. I arrived at 7:30a waited until 8a but they were late opening the doors. I ended still being 3rd in line but waited over 1.5hrs to be seen by a physician. So many people in the waiting room with strep throat & 2 ppl vomited in the bathroom. It's ridiculous of how long it is to be seen. Go somewhere else if you can. read more

Seriously the worst when it comes to wait time!! I came for a simple drug screen for a new job and waited an hour and a half before I was called back. Do not waste your time coming here for something as simple as blood work or a drug screen, drive to the nearest testing facility. This was ridiculous!! It literally takes 2 minutes to screen and staff was gathered around the front desk but no one trained to complete a drug screen. read more

Waited an hour to be put in an exam room and then waited nearly another 30 minutes to be seen by a physician's assistant. Although there are signs posted that masks are required, that is not enforced. People who were clearly sick with congestion and coughing were in the waiting room, which is not very large, and not wearing masks. I went to this immediate care center for one problem but after being exposed to Covid or some other communicable disease while waiting for 1.5 hours I may very well now have an additional problem. read more

I waited for 4 hours after calling in. They did not help me at all! Told me to follow up with my family doctor. I had sinus pressure and pain among other things going on. I wouldn't use this place again even if my life depended on it! I'd be dead. Their customer service is terrible and will put patients down or make light of their problems or concerns in an open forum. I went the first time to get 4 stitches in my eyebrow and was waiting for nearly 3 1/2 hours. So long in fact, that the Physicians Assistant, no Doctor on sight, stated that they may no work because I waited so long. When I got there, the wound was less than 30 minutes old. after almost 4 hours, I finally got taken care of and was out the door with instructions to return in 7-10 days to have the stitches removed. After 8 days, I returned. After checking in at 10:30am, I advised them that I needed to be off there by 1:00pm due to having to pick up my grandkids from school. Was absolutely insured that it wouldn't be a problem. Well, after almost an hour of listening to the staff get their lunch order together, while completely ignoring new walk-ins, their food was delivered. Now they just VANISHED. When they finally returned, it was 12:50pm and I was still not even in an exam roo. I advised the desk person that I had to go for reasons that I previously advised her about. She really could NOT have cared less. She was too busy getting her things together because she was off at 1:00pm. I finally just removed my own stitches with a fingernail clipper and pair of tweezers. Took all of 5 minutes. THIS PLACE IS HORRENDOUS!!! read more

I have been to this doctors care multiple time and the female doctors that I have seen there are very rude and physically aggressive. If I could give this one negative stars I would. I went with my son for a strep test he has never had one and was scared after just literally a minute and a half' the female doctor proceeds to forcefully push my son down onto the table on his back and shove the swab all over in his mouth and said I don't have time for this I have other patients to get to I probably didn't get a good swab. Another visit my husband comes in for a leg pain issue and saw a different female doctor who didn't listen to the issue at all and blew it off, she then tells him to turn around so she can examine the back of his leg and he tries to show her where it hurts and she grabbed his arm aggressively and slams it on the table and says "I said turn around I am trying to examine you" I was absolutely astonished at the horrible bedside manner. I would like to give them 0 stars. They had me wait over 3 hours to have a large abscess looked at. I was in tears and pain. Their excuse is "we have COVID testing going on, We're busy". I am a paying customer and would like to be seen before I literally die from staph infection. They don't care about the patients at all. They're rude and uncaring. If you want to be treated like Crap then this is definitely the place to come to. And the blonde girl that does your vitals is the rudest one of all. I was in with the flu in March. I explained to the receptionist and the nurse my ears were plugged and I could not hear. I thought my name was called, I went in and I told the nurse I couldn't hear well. She proceeded to get out a needle and I thought she was going to draw blood. As she was was in the process she informed me I should come back on Friday for the results. Midway through her doing this and telling me this I asked her what she was doing. She said she was giving me a TB test. I said no, I was sick. She got mad, slammed the needle on the counter and abruptly told me to go sit in the waiting room. I did see the PA after that. I got a couple of prescriptions but also found one (when I got better) that I received that is not on my paperwork of what was prescribed. I didn't take it, didn't know I had it, didn't know it was prescribed. I wrote to customer care but never heard back. read more

I was deciding between 1 & 2 stars it was kinda a 1.5star, but overall it was rather poor. There weren't too many people there but still took over an hour to go to the back, at least they had wifi, but it only lets you use it 30mins at a time at which time you have to resign in. Several patients came in to complain and one even asked for a refund, it was a mess, I should have taken that as a sign to leave. Once back there they really wouldn't listen to any of your concerns or what was really going on at all, their thermometers and blood pressure machines barely worked, after fiddling with that for a while and the nurse on staff missing things I did mention, the doctor sees me about nearly another hour later. Only listened to one concern of a few that I had, was in a rush to leave the room was in there less than 1-2 mins, said it's probably diabetes causing everything and ordered urine and blood test, then left the room. I had the blood drawn which was quite painful a bit more than usual, but that could have just been being stressed, almost 3-5mins after the blood draw, I started to get very sick, dizzy and faint, they told me to lie down, I did and I felt a little better about 20 mins. Later during which time, I heard them tell the doctor my results, so nearly an hour goes by after that. Also while waiting I heard them talking about other patients and more or less gossiping, it later went quiet. I finally get up and go into the hall and ask them how much longer it was going to be, I had places to be. They said a few more mins about 10mins later the doctor came into the room said sorry for the wait (at least I got that) told me they sent the prescriptions to the pharmacy and let me go. I wouldn't recommend it unless you've got nowhere else to go. read more

They took over 24 hours to get back to my phone call when I was sick as a dog, they didn't know what medication they had prescribed, and they wouldn't honor a promise to call a prescription without insisting I come in when they had told me I wouldn't have to.
