Awful wait times and complete disregard for actually caring for anyone. If a diabetic with known neuropathy comes in don't just have some antibiotics and say we can't do anything! You can freaking fix the problem with 5 min of time! Do not use this place if you actually need any form of care!! read more

They will send out additional tests without your knowledge or permission (I SPECIFICALLY requested I did not want any additional costs outside of the initial cost of being seen), and when you receive a bill for said unauthorized tests (3 months later!), they play the gaslight card and take zero accountability. If for whatever reason this urgent care is your only option, be sure to record everything so these pathetic excuses for a medical staff can't pull the same horse shit on you. I came in with my mother, who had a positive COVID-19 test at home and needed to be seen. However, Prisma Urgent Care has been bought out (all locations) by Wellstreet, a company based in Atlanta, GA. Since the sell-off, the registration information and some chart information did not remain in their new system. Therefore, beware that when you visit, you will have to manually complete the four pages of registration information for EACH visit if you do not have a cell phone to complete the online registration version. I emailed the corporate office at compliancews@wellstreet.com, expressing my concerns for older adults who are not as tech-saavy. While waiting, I went to the online version, completed the form from the link, and was told that I could not submit the form as the front desk completed the information online, which started her visit. To complete it after the fact would create another visit in the system. Who was the genius that came up with this bright idea? Having experience in the medical field, this is horrible, and your customer service just went down the toilet. The physician and nurse were okay. However, this review is lowered because Prisma did not do its due diligence in notifying the public of the horrible change. Hopefully, the corporate office in Atlanta, GA will take a look at their registration process and amend it to be more customer friendly. Until then, I will help my mother locate another provider not affiliated with Wellstreet. read more

Prisma Health has teamed up with Wellstreet. With their collaboration they have collectively decided to reduce the services offered to patients coming to urgent cares in the area. The urgent cares were an extension of the ER, which allowed them to take care of patients with minor issues. Starting September 1, 2023 our urgent care offices in Greer, Simpsonville, Verdae and Powdersville will no longer have quality registered nurses. The staff will be mostly medical assistants, which greatly limits the quality of care provided to patients. The services offered have become like AFC clinics. The current changes that have affected the urgent cares are that the labs are minimal, quality doctors are leaving due to lack of staffing and the registered nurses will no longer employed by the urgent cares. Prisma and Wellstreet are systematically reducing the staff to only have a minimal number of employees to cover many services offered. Staff are required to do jobs outside of their scope of practice, such as xray techs doing lab work which they are not qualified or licensed to do. Doctors are restricted in what services they are allowed to perform and reprimanded if they go beyond the services for the patent's wellbeing. I would suggest any patients thinking of going to one of these facilities be aware of the lack of staff and quality licensed personnel. Due to these changes our local er will have an increase in patients that could have been assisted or helped at these urgent care facilities. read more

Went in sick as a dog a few weeks ago. Was told there was a long wait, a lot of sick people there. It was about an hour and a half in the waiting room. Got in a room waited about 15 mins and in came the doc. Said I was borderline pneumonia, gave me a breathing treatment and meds. Amazing staff and care here. I wouuld definitely recommend MD306 for care. read more

Went there today with my 2 year old son with an arm break. The wait was long, but they did a good job of keeping us informed. Everyone we encountered was so very nice, apologized for the wait, and tried to move us along as quickly as possible. I was very impressed with everyone that we encountered - kind, courteous, and did an amazing job with our child. Very thankful for the experience. read more

I'm so mired in caretaking duties that I just haven't had time to settle on a primary care physician, which I really need to do. I tend to be bad and put off taking care of illness until I can't bear it anymore. Good thing urgent care facilities are there to take care of dummies like me. I have been absolutely beaten up by bouts of chronic bronchitis recently and when it came right back after addressing it a few weeks ago, I gave up and trudged in to MD360. I had my first experience with Dr. Johnson and after talking through the history of my mucky lungs, he set out on setting me up with much more aggressive treatment than other docs have bothered to do. The nursing staff I've dealt with in my first visits to this place are really professional and attentive. I usually feel like I'm part of a train chugging through a facility like this, but Dr. Johnson really stood out to me as being incredibly attentive and made me feel like his concern was very genuine. I really appreciate his help. Even though I'm still in the grips of this bout, it feels like his course of action is going to help and in one day I can see results and hope for deep breaths without an inhaler. I feel better than I've felt in a long while and it was just such a relief to feel like someone was listening to me for once. Do your best to get time with this physician. He's pretty awesome. (Also, seriously, if you're utilizing urgent care facilities, be at the door when it opens so you can get in and out and take advantage of a fresh crew. read more

I have had a great experience in this location during multiple visits with my kids with relatively short waits and very attentive and thorough doctors. Today I did not have a good experience. I took my daughter there for flu like symptoms. At check in they set expectations with us that it would take 1.5 to 2 hours for our visit. I appreciated their sharing that up front. We were called back within 45 minutes. Vitals were taken then a visit by a nurse were done almost immediately. At that time we were told that we were next in line to see a doctor. From there we waited . . . and waited. We were left alone in the room for 90 minutes when I finally went to the nurse's station for a drink of water for my daughter. At that point, they seemed surprised that we hadn't been seen by a doctor but then went on to explain that they had had 2 emergency situations come up. We waited 20 more mins and left in frustration without ever seeing a doctor. I was not frustrated by the wait so much as the fact that they had not kept us informed about the situation. Our frustration was escalated due to lacking information. The wait and experience was much more like a wait in an emergency room than the type of facility it bills itself to be, and I will take that into account in the future when deciding where to take my children. read more
