Upon walking in, they have a machine for you to get quarters by the front door. The machine takes $1s, $5s, $10s, and $20s. There is a disclaimer on there that says you can only use the machine if you intend to get change to use on their machines. They also have a machine that you can put coins in next to it that dispenses powder laundry detergent for those that forget to bring their own. I came in to wash a comforter on a Saturday afternoon. There were actually quite a few people inside doing laundry, though it makes sense because it is the weekend too. I had to use the 5 load laundry cycle due to the size. The 3 load laundry cycle was a bit snug for it. The instructions are pretty simple as stated on the washer. It only took 24 minutes to wash the blanket. There were options for normal, perm press, delicates, special wash(not sure what that means), hot, warm, and cold. The washer costs breakdown: $8.75 for the 5 load front load washer $4 for the single top load washer $4.75 for the double load front washer *there is also one that says 3 load front washer: but you won't know the price until you start putting your clothes in and attempting to start it. Then comes the drying. The dryer is $0.25 for every 4 minutes and options are high, low, or perm press. I had to dry the blanket on high for 60 minutes. So it costs: $3.75. To operate the machine, you put the clothes in, shut the door, choose which type of heat and then just start adding quarters. As you add the quarters in, the time increases/adjusts. There aren't many seats inside for you to wait for your laundry. So you could technically leave and run errands and mark the time to return. They have 2 video game machines inside, though I'm not sure if it works or not. As for the interior, this laundry mat is definitely a bit run down... there are a good handful of washers/dryers that are not in service. The floors are cracked/ there are definitely some holes in the ground so watch your step. There are security cameras inside the laundry mat but does not seem to have anyone monitoring in person. There is a phone number on the wall for you to call if you have issues/ if you have forgotten or lost some clothes and would like to speak to someone. Overall, the good thing is, there is a large parking lot for you so no issues there. It was fairly quick even for a Saturday though maybe I got lucky. Price was okay for what it was. read more

After moving to the Marin area from Rohnert Park, My wife and I quickly realized how uncommon it was for apartments to have washer/dryer hooks ups. We have 2 laundry rooms on grounds but the prices are high, $2 wash, $2 dry. So I looked around and the only coin laundry mat I could find was Square Coin Laundry. I don't know what most people expect from a place like this but I like to keep a open mind when going into any place new. They have 4 wash load sizes, $3 for a normal load, $3.75 for a 2 load, $5.75 for a 3 load, and $7.50 for a 5 load. Dryers are large and I put 2-3 loads in each dryer and everything gets dry in 35-45 min. There is a coin machine in front and the soap is in the back. There are also some video games in front and limited chairs. The store is not clean but also not dirty. The thing that bugged me the most was that the store was next to a liqueur store and every time the owners or customers came out to smoke, it went right into the laundry mat. The 2 employees that I have seen there looked homeless and disabled. The first lady was friendly but in a creepy way. She started to small talk with me and that was fine, (My first time, I got it). But when i was putting my laundry in the washer, my dirty underwear fell from the machine and she gabbed the pile with her bare hands and shoved it into the washer. (I work construction, I don't want to touch my own underwear when they are dirty). The 2 time in there, a guy who looked like a skinny Tim Burton was cleaning the room. He was reeking of cigarettes and his shirt and pants looked old and ripped. His hair was long and unwashed and had something in it. Every time I brought back the laundry it smelled clean and the machines worked very well. I didn't see anything broken and they even have cameras for extra security. I would go back there just because it's very close to my apartment and the prices are better then our laundry rooms. But I would ask the owners to have there employees take a shower before coming in. read more

the One this is the place to be market standard prices as is across the county but the machines are exceptionally clean all patrons are wonderful and it seems everyone here does their part to keep the machinery spotless a place of magic and safety v. big tables no nonsense here. Inside the building is clean and machines work well. Pretty good as far as laundromats go. Serves its purpose.

Two weeks ago I went and as usual the machines are broken and I find out after it eats my freaking Money. So I go ahead and try again on a different large machine only to find out that the other large load machine doesn't work either. So then I'm forced to fill out a Broken machine slip and I ask for my money back since I had $12 stolen from me by both machines. So a week later I get a call from the owner asking me the reason why I was requesting $12 dollars, the woman got really nasty and refused to pay the $12 and she literally said "if the machines are broken then don't go here anymore" which is like shooting her business in the foot coming from a business owner. I ended by hanging up because seeing that she was fighting over $12 freaking dollars made me pity her and makes me think that she has to be really needy and desperate. In conclusion, this isn't the way to treat your clients especially if they are the ones keeping you and your business alive. read more

We've come here off and on over the years. It used to be the best place to do large amounts of laundry at once. Recently there have been almost as many "out of order" machines and functioning machines. Either way, our clothes come out super clean. Just wish parking was easier (always full parking lot with the gym nearby) and the machines were all repaired. read more

Every time I enter this laundry mat there is broken machines. Today there is 9 broken machines. The only machines that get the job done are the Double Load washers these are $4 Dollars a load. Last week I was here and some lady was taking a bath with laundry water from the washer butt naked. She was a bit crazy smoking weed and talking to herself after getting a bath. Just a few mins ago a lady stealing Wi-Fi who is not doing laundry who is here a lot of the time tried to start a fight with a nice lady for bumping into her. This place is crazy and that lady is next to me with crazy eyes on me playing candy crush. read more

This place charges $3.25 for a standard wash. A place in Cotati and Mill Valley both charges $2.25, the MV landromat has identical machines, Cotati one has Maytags. Tons of out of order machines at this place. Where is the extra money going to? Apparently not to maintenance. I live near here and don't have a car right now but you know, for that kind of difference I'll take the bus and bring the load home. read more

Yes it's not only the WORST. !! the lady that after I call 6 times.! She return my call finally. And she act like she do not was going on with her machines her business. ! I explain in my 6 message's that the machines they just keep pouring water like fountain I was so frustrated to see all this water coming on the floor....!! And the only thing that she bothers it's the way I spoke with her and she hang out. !! That's the way to take care business. ?????? It's very sad how people want to make business doing nothing. It's very sad that thanks to this kind of business and people . This shooping center looks really bad....if I give one star it's because it's not 0 so sad so sad when I going inside this laundromat feel's like I'm in cuba everything so old .!!! Dirtiest Laundry Mat ever. Your wash can't get cleaned if the machine's are filthy. Horrible. Yuck. Dryers are super filthy. The rubber part is thick with gunk n dirt. read more
