Cat eye gel with $2 off future manicure
    Amanda M.

This is a grand reopening for novel nails spa. Not sure if it's the same owner. It appeared to be relatively new on the inside- they even offer several different massages and facials. Glad I went in- had a great manicure with cat eye gel. Try it now that it has reopened!

My friend and I called to schedule a pedicure and happy feet massage(55$), when we got there we were greeted with a warm welcome and the hospitality only went up from there. We were given a pedicure in a private area and upgraded to a full body massage that was supposed to be 30 minutes but they went over the time to finish the job properly!! They were very attentive and friendly during the duration of our visit!! I highly recommend purely to the fact that they provide excellent customer service with great prices.

I had to go to another salon to get my nails fixed. He made them extremely to thick and they needed to be filed and shaped a lot more.

Horrible. My nails are uneven and they painted over fuzz on my nails and they are rough. Do not recommend coming here.

I like the Novel Nail Spa Happy Feet pedicure. The salon plays soft music (no TV blaring) and it doesn't smell like nail polish.

I've been going here for massages for many years now. For the last few years I have seen Hope. She…read moredoes a great job, is friendly, and really gets to know you so when you come back she already knows what you like (or don't like!) Normally I just get a one hour massage, and it has always been great. Yesterday, however, I decided to try the Reflexology because my feet have been bothering me lately, so I paired that with a half hour body massage (the Reflexology session is also a half hour). Since the body massage was shorter than normal, she asked me if I wanted her to concentrate on anything in particular, so I told her my lower back was a little sore. She really did an amazing job in a short amount of time, focusing on the spots that were sore, and finding other spots I didn't even realize were sore! The second half hour was spent exclusively on my feet, and it was heaven! She began by using the hot stones on my calves and feet. Then using a combination of massage and pressing on various pressure points, she worked those tired puppies until they felt better than that had in years! There was one particular spot on my left instep that was bothering me, and it feels great now. Hope is a miracle worker! My wife and daughter also go to Pure Day Spa, and they see other therapists and both have had great massages as well. I can't speak to their other services, but the massage rooms are clean and quiet, and the massage therapists, particularly Hope, do a great job.

The owner even found my gift card amount on her computer. Shameful way to do business, cheating oeople out of the money they spent. As the owner, she could have bought a significant amount of goodwill by honoring the full amount. Who goes to a spa to leave stressed?

The only thing I didn't love? I wish it was longer. That's not on him though--it's the setup. Anyhow, let's talk about the "60-minute massage" claim. In reality, you're only getting 50 minutes of actual massage. Five minutes are for undressing and relaxing, and they stop five minutes early so you can get dressed. I get that you need buffer time, but don't advertise 60 minutes if the hands-on time is 50. Either change the description to reflect that clearly, or adjust the scheduling so sessions are a full 60 minutes with prep and cleanup time built in. Now, the pricing. When I arrived, the front desk said the massage would be $109 for new guests. Afterward, I was charged $129. I didn't realize the mismatch until I got home and saw a $20 credit pending. That made the experience feel disorganized, and honestly, a little shady. At minimum, the front desk needs better training on consistency and communication. Also, the pricing chart is confusing. For example, a 2-hour massage is listed as $249 no matter who you are--member, non-member, or new guest. That defeats the whole point of being a member. There's no incentive to join if I'm not actually saving money. Here's how you could restructure the pricing to make it clearer and actually compelling: 1 Hour Massage - Member: $89 - Non-Member: $129 - New Guest: $109 90 Minute Massage - Member: $129 - Non-Member: $189 - New Guest: $159 2 Hour Massage - Member: $209 - Non-Member: $249 - New Guest: $229 This version shows a clear discount for members and a slight welcome deal for new guests. And importantly, it makes the 2-hour massage feel like a value add if I become a member. If I saw that I could save $40 just by joining, I'd seriously consider signing up and booking longer sessions more often. That's a win for me and your business. To be clear, the massage itself was excellent and I absolutely plan to come back--for the massage. But the front desk operations and pricing strategy need work. If the experience from check-in to checkout matched the quality of the bodywork, this would've easily been five stars.

I Just wanted a nice massage but the therapist didn't even touch my legs or arms. She barely massaged me! She kept working on specific muscles in my back and neck because i said it was tight but i wanted a full body massage. Not only that but apparently you don't start till 10 minutes in so you only get 50 minutes but i paid for an hour. The price was ludicrous 130$ for 50 mins. Absolutely ridiculous. TLDR: Insane prices, Barely a massage, Begs for you to spend more money the second you walk in. Do not Recommend
