Went in for a pedicure... yes men get them and the staff are really nice and accommodating. I've had physical issues that prevent me from being able to trim my nails, so I go here and am very satisfied. After the treatment and callus removal my feet feel so nice. My friend and I called to schedule a pedicure and happy feet massage(55$), when we got there we were greeted with a warm welcome and the hospitality only went up from there. We were given a pedicure in a private area and upgraded to a full body massage that was supposed to be 30 minutes but they went over the time to finish the job properly!! They were very attentive and friendly during the duration of our visit!! I highly recommend purely to the fact that they provide excellent customer service with great prices. read more

The finished look was very smooth and did not have a "layered" look as when I go to Red Lotus for the same thing. I went in today to get a gel manicure and a pedicure. I just recently began with the gels and Novell's prices were reasonable. I've always used OPI's AXXIUM but I had my eye on Shellac's Asphalt for quite some time. I decided to try the other gel system. The gentlemen there is always extremely friendly. Sometimes it can be awkward in nail salons but not here. He and his wife always are very nice. Anyway, I got my pedicure from his wife and it was great. I got the hot stone massage pedicure. When I went to get my gel manicure he made a comment about the color, as if he had never used that particular color...which led me to believe I was the first one to use the bottle. Long story short I believe there was a defect with that particular bottle. He was having a hard time smoothing it out and was frustrated. He was concerned with my satisfaction and kept on it for a while. After he realized that it was the bottle itself he told me he would happily switch the colors out and repaint my nails tomorrow. He also gave me a small discount for the inconvenience. I was so happy that he took the time (it became very busy in there!) and didn't just hustle me out the door. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great selection of colors and a decent experience! My only complaint is that I wish they made the pedicure water hotter! :-) ***EDIT*** Recently went back in for a manicure and to have them fix my nails from acrylic. Worst job ever. I went for the first time today and was very happy with my experience - especially the free massage while my nails were drying! Some nail salons make the whole experience feel rushed - this was very relaxed (but still efficient) and the staff was very friendly. They also offer free services after ten visits - free parafin treatment for example, or a free eyebrow waxing, or a free polish change. I will definitely be going back! read more

I like the Novel Nail Spa Happy Feet pedicure. The salon plays soft music (no TV blaring) and it doesn't smell like nail polish.

After our pedicure, there was barely any difference. My wife's heal looked and felt untouched. Poor job on her nail polish. When he finished doing her nails his apron rubbed on her wet toes as he pass by. He did everything possible not to do them over. After our persistence, he finally did - now the nails on her left foot were a different shade then her right. He took no pride in his work. Nail polish all over the skin. Mine were done by a young girl. Her job was just ok. We're not going back. You take us for a fool one time - that's it. I would definitely not recommend. Not good! read more

Never going back. I used to come to this salon more frequently than I would others because they are friendly and always have an open chair. My most recent visit was to get tips before a pageant the next day- big mistake. I had spoken with one woman and told her I wanted clear tips with the white french tip painted on. She insisted on my getting the white tips- against my own will. She took her time buffing because the man in charge of servicing fake nails must have been out on break. When he came back he did a hack job gluing the tips on and cut my fingers open multiple times. It got to the point that I was so frustrated with my pinky (which was glued on EXTREMELY crooked and filed far too short) that I asked him to take it off and start over. They cannot speak English well enough to run their business properly. I am appalled by the service I got one week ago. My nails are ALREADY falling off and I did absolutely nothing to have this happen. Worst service I have ever received in a salon. read more

I've always came here they do a great job and are very friendly. Lately they seem to have no staff working. I came one day and sat waiting for 20 minutes with no end in sight and only 2 people getting nails done it was not crowded. A woman came in without an appt and they immediately took her before me. I walked out and the owner followed me to my car with a 5$ gift card apologizing. I figured it was a fluke so I did come back another time. I came as soon as they opened on a Wednesday and there was only 1 staff working and another girl already getting a pedi. She didn't tell me it would be a long wait so I sat waiting the entire duration of her pedicure. Then she finally took me for my mani and realized my nails needed soaking which I had told her when I got here. She set me up to soak and then the girl who just had pedi decided to get a mani so I was stuck waiting for her to get an entire mani too! Then their credit card machine wasn't working so I had to wait while the only staff on duty played with the machine for an eternity before she returned to my mani. Owner is nowhere in sight. The whole ordeal took over 2 hours of my precious time for just manicure. They lost my business indefinitely. read more
