I was very disappointed when the owner would not honor the full amount of my gift card. There was no expiration date on my receipt or on the gift card. The owner even found my gift card amount on her computer. Shameful way to do business, cheating oeople out of the money they spent. I've been getting my hair cut by Carolyn on and off for probably over 10 years at this point. I now travel out of state to see her, she's that good. I've asked her for all sorts of weird cuts, hime, 2001 blunt, layered, she does it all. And she's the most gentle hairdresser I've ever been to. read more

I tried 3 times to contact this establishment after my visit with no response. I made an appt. for the $65 pedicure as I had a gift card. The woman who did my pedicure was nice. The pedicure was subpar. Included a hot stone massage, there was no massage, one fell on floor, it was picked up and used on my leg. Big sized towels fell into the water. As I checked out the receptionist asked how old gift card was, because if it was over 5 yrs. it was only with 50%. I had checked the card value prior to coming and it was full value. She couldn't get a hold of anyone on phone. At that point I just wanted to leave. I would have never paid $65 for a pedicure if I didn't have the gift card. Had it been worth it, I wouldn't have minded paying. The whole experience was less than 45 minutes. I cannot recommend this establishment. read more

It took over 10 years of me coming just getting my hair done to be convinced to get a massage ... I should have started with the massages over 10 years ago... I started out with Tracey and I currently alternate with her and Hope.... They are both nothing short of spectacular, spectacular, spectacular!!! I cannot say enough good things about either of these women on making me feel better, whether it's in my back, my neck, my shoulders, my knees or wherever you need the help.... whether it's stretching or massages or anything, these therapists know their stuff....and I have also had Lisa too as a therapist and she is great too!! Amy currently does a monthly pedicure, manicure, and facials for me and she is super thorough and great too!!! There is nothing wrong with treating yourself every so often after abusing your body for years and years.... Do not knock it until you try it...and by the way, did I mention that I have gotten my hair done there for over 10 years?? Everybody is 100% professional and so friendly and easy to talk to about everything!!! Ask for Andrea the owner (who has many other different titles) to schedule an appointment!!! I've been going here for massages for many years now. For the last few years I have seen Hope. She does a great job, is friendly, and really gets to know you so when you come back she already knows what you like (or don't like!) Normally I just get a one hour massage, and it has always been great. Yesterday, however, I decided to try the Reflexology because my feet have been bothering me lately, so I paired that with a half hour body massage (the Reflexology session is also a half hour). Since the body massage was shorter than normal, she asked me if I wanted her to concentrate on anything in particular, so I told her my lower back was a little sore. She really did an amazing job in a short amount of time, focusing on the spots that were sore, and finding other spots I didn't even realize were sore! The second half hour was spent exclusively on my feet, and it was heaven! She began by using the hot stones on my calves and feet. Then using a combination of massage and pressing on various pressure points, she worked those tired puppies until they felt better than that had in years! There was one particular spot on my left instep that was bothering me, and it feels great now. Hope is a miracle worker! My wife and daughter also go to Pure Day Spa, and they see other therapists and both have had great massages as well. I can't speak to their other services, but the massage rooms are clean and quiet, and the massage therapists, particularly Hope, do a great job. read more

I made an appointment for a petite facial and an hour long massage. Chong Ho was fantastic. She began the appointment by discussing what I wanted her to focus on and explaining to me how she was going to proceed with the services. The massage was wonderful. Chong Ho worked out the kinks in my neck and shoulders and left me feeling relaxed. She then went right into the facial, smoothly letting me know in quiet tones what she was doing. Both services were top notch. The only drawback to my visit was the lack of a locker and relaxation room. It would be wonderful to be able to change into a robe and slippers beforehand and finish out the appointment in a quiet, darkened relaxation room with a glass of water before getting changed and leaving. read more

The friendliest spa in the town. As soon as you walk in you will get greeted by all the staff. I had an appointment with Chung Ho for a massage. Both the owners were helping me get situated which made me feel very special. After they checked me in I was greeted by my masseuse, Chung Cho and led back to the treatment room. The massage provided was wonderful, the whole time I was getti g the massage I was so impressed with how amazing it felf. One of the best yet. This was my second time at Pure day spa and I have to say AWESOME job! Number one you are always greeted with such a warm welcome, you instantly feel at home. This visit I went for a full head of highlights and low lights. I am a very picky customer, who has been to salons everywhere. I am from Montreal canada and we have some very high end salons but they come with an extremely high price tag also. We'll I was lucky enough to have Beth Ballard do my color, she is so amazing and tends to every detail meticulously, my color is crazy beautiful! Beth if you are reading this ,I am one happy girl!
