I came in as a new guest and had an incredible massage with Mike--he was absolutely excellent. Super down-to-earth, kind, and gave the perfect amount of pressure. The only thing I didn't love? I wish it was longer. That's not on him though--it's the setup. Anyhow, let's talk about the "60-minute massage" claim. In reality, you're only getting 50 minutes of actual massage. Five minutes are for undressing and relaxing, and they stop five minutes early so you can get dressed. I get that you need buffer time, but don't advertise 60 minutes if the hands-on time is 50. Either change the description to reflect that clearly, or adjust the scheduling so sessions are a full 60 minutes with prep and cleanup time built in. Now, the pricing. When I arrived, the front desk said the massage would be $109 for new guests. Afterward, I was charged $129. I didn't realize the mismatch until I got home and saw a $20 credit pending. That made the experience feel disorganized, and honestly, a little shady. At minimum, the front desk needs better training on consistency and communication. Also, the pricing chart is confusing. For example, a 2-hour massage is listed as $249 no matter who you are--member, non-member, or new guest. That defeats the whole point of being a member. There's no incentive to join if I'm not actually saving money. Here's how you could restructure the pricing to make it clearer and actually compelling: 1 Hour Massage - Member: $89 - Non-Member: $129 - New Guest: $109 90 Minute Massage - Member: $129 - Non-Member: $189 - New Guest: $159 2 Hour Massage - Member: $209 - Non-Member: $249 - New Guest: $229 This version shows a clear discount for members and a slight welcome deal for new guests. And importantly, it makes the 2-hour massage feel like a value add if I become a member. If I saw that I could save $40 just by joining, I'd seriously consider signing up and booking longer sessions more often. That's a win for me and your business. To be clear, the massage itself was excellent and I absolutely plan to come back--for the massage. But the front desk operations and pricing strategy need work. I Just wanted a nice massage but the therapist didn't even touch my legs or arms. She barely massaged me! She kept working on specific muscles in my back and neck because i said it was tight but i wanted a full body massage. I signed up thinking I was getting a flexible massage membership, but it turns out it's more of a trap. They keep charging you every month, and if you don't use your sessions fast enough, they expire after 12 months--even though you already paid for them! Made an appointment for me and a friend for her birthday. I called that I would be a few minutes late due to the traffic and it's in a mall. she stated no problem. Once I arrived I was told that I had no appointments made there. Even after I explained to the women the appointment was for Anthoney and I believe Crissy and the women explained that Anthony was heavy pressure and wanted to know if it was ok. After explaining this to the women still proceeded to tell me I didn't make an appointment. I have been here prior and still had massage credits. I've been in desperate need of a massage for some time now and found a great deal on Groupon. With hesitation, I purchased it anyways and got in within 2 days time!!! That's insane!!! When I got to the place of business I was greeted by two women at the front desk who were extremely friendly they went over the paperwork with me and spoke to me about what was bothering me most on my body to relay the message to the masseuse. Luckily, having such neck pain, I picked the perfect masseuse, tills. I had a 90 minute massage in order I would say the only disappointment was after speaking with her about everything 15 minutes have passed and after my massage was done there was still five minutes so I lost about 20 minutes of the massage time. Therefore I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5. However, the massage was so intensely relaxing and amazing that I decided to sign up for a membership with the spa and book another appointment in two weeks. Needless to say, my shoulders and neck have not been bothering me at all lately but I'm going to continue going to feel better and more relaxed. So, if your job stresses you out like my job does and you need some pampering, I highly suggest you book an appointment at elements and if you like it as much as I did you will not be disappointed with the membership incentives they have for you. I suffer from chronic pain and fibromyalgia. I continue to work 2 jobs, 12 hour shifts on my feet so I haven't been the best to myself. I decided to start getting massages to see if it eased any of my issues. I'm thrilled that I did and that I chose Elements. From first phone call to first visit, the reception staff were wonderful. Took time on the phone to talk about concerns and what type of massage I was looking for (depth etc). Recommended 2 therapists based on my history. Both are phenomenal! I see both Peggy and Mary Beth and they are both such wonderful massage therapists! You can tell they love their profession and are there to genuinely help you. I have been going for over a year and am definitely feeling the results. My pain was so bad I couldn't let someone touch my low back even with the lightest pressure. Today I tolerate light massage work there. This may not sound like a big step for you but this has been 20 years of not being able to tolerate being touched there! Injured my back and needed chiropractor and massage weekly for a few months.... which led me to Groupon to try to save some $$ on massages. Element's had a 3 for $129 (or so, don't recall exactly). I also purchased just about every other massage groupon in the area. 2 were very good, but not convenient for ongoing and their regular prices are a bit steep. Some were not good at all. Frankly, massage is "intimate", and the client/masseuse relationship/style is critical to the overall experience for me. The 3rd time was the charm for me. I prefer a very deep massage.... and only a handful of the masseuses here do "4" level; most are 1-3 pressure level. While my first was a very good massage, I didn't really "click" with the masseuse, although I'd defintely use her again. the 2nd was very nice, very professional, but simply not deep enough for me. Very pleasant... but today, I had it all. Great deep tissue massage from a masseuse whose personality I truly enjoyed and a massage style about as good as I've had ever. Kelsey is her name... (I hesitate to share because I'm afraid she'll get all booked up on me :) ) The key here is that Elements has a wide variety of massage therapists... but if you're fussy like me, you may need to try a few until you find the one that is best for you. The desk staff... all very professional... they text and call to remind you in advance of appointment. Their regular pricing for a "member" is low enough to have my business... a monthly commitment and it's $59 for a 1 hour session. I'm going back in 2 weeks. call me "Pleasantly Surprised"! read more

I came across this place on groupon, and I found the experience just okay. The massage was decent - a little too much pressure for me, but the therapist did adjust when asked. However, they do have in depth profiles of each massage therapist on the website, so you can find one that matches your needs. Wish I had looked! The thing that bothered me the most was the noise - this establishment is in a busy shopping plaza, and I could hear the noise from the parking lot and adjacent shops in my massage room, which was very distracting and made it harder to relax.
