Lower back spasms. Would this fix it? What would it cost?

It is possible that a massage could help alleviate and possibly even correct these symptoms. I would reccomend a deep tissue massage for 85 Minutes. This service costs $130 plus tax. I will message you personally with more details.

Nancy was not even scheduled to start working at that time but she was so so so so nice to agree to come early for her! This was the happiest my wife has ever been on her birthday! My wife always only wanted to work with her natural nails and these guys are perfect for the job! She went there again for her maternity shoot and baby shower too. Now, let us talk about massages. I forgot her name (I am sorry, I think it is either Crissy or Christy), she is amazing! My wife and I, both had deep tissue massages with her. She may make you scream but that is what you need! We were late on the jump because we changed the dates of our trip, and make appointments at different times. Barbara provided both massages in a beautifully decorated room that celebrated Sharon Springs past as a resort town after WWII. Cheryl, the owner, was knowledgable about the area and the history of the town. When I arrived I was invited to the inner waiting area which was nice and warm and served me a delicious loose leaf tea blend. The atmosphere was calming, the staff was easy going and I had plenty of time to relax before we started the massage. Barbara did a fantastic job and made me feel very comfortable and pampered. We really enjoyed the experience and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. A great plus was that as compared with where we live, the price was about 30% less. I absolutely recommend the Spring House Spa!

The massage felt rushed and superficial, massages my arms for maybe 1 min each total. 2. The deal was for 90 min and I got a 60 min massage (she didn't set a timer or anything as they usually do so you know you got your money's worth). 3. The facial... wasn't a facial. She barely cleaned my face with paper towels and water from idk where, she used a couple creams and then put a mask on my face and left me in the room for like 30min waiting. She then peeled it off and left mask residue all over my neck and ears. I'm not sure if this was all bc I used a groupon deal, but even that money seems like a waste. I honestly wouldn't go back here. Update: called groupon and told them my experience and they gave me a full refund (likely bc others have also complained). Props to Groupon for the customer support.

The relaxation room was nice and quiet, sometimes filled sometimes not depending on the flow of people getting treatment. The lunch food and drinks were great, but we had some off service from the bartender on staff. Our server at the table was great though. Hit or miss and they seemed short staffed. In the locker room multiple showers were broken so we had to adjust our plans on showering after our massages but we made it work. And lastly we had issues with our bill and the staff wasn't able to handle it at the moment so hopefully that got taken care of by my friend coordinating after the fact. I would still give them another chance and maybe see how it is coming alone or with a smaller group.

We visited today, a Sunday, which was a rare weekend visit (usually we take a day off and go during the week for a slight discount in pricing for services). There were a lot of groups of women celebrating birthdays, weddings, and maybe just a girls day (which I have enjoyed there on occasion). We started with 50 minute massages. I had Nikki, who I had not had before but was spectacular. If you are getting a massage for the first time, Nikki is the person to request (although I am a massage pro and still had an excellent experience)! She walked through the process, and was sure to make sure I was comfortable with everything involved. The pressure was perfect and she focused on the areas I requested. Afterwards, my husband and I met in the Bistro for lunch and a cocktail. He had the risotto, which he enjoyed, and I got the chicken salad croissant which is a favorite for me. The grapes, apples and cranberries add a depth that I enjoyed. It was also great to see some seasonal cocktails on the menu (I opted for an apple cider mimosa). Sam and Brittany were super friendly, attentive, and made excellent drinks! We have been going to Spa Mirbeau as a couple, with friend, and with family for the past 5 years and they deliver every time. Can't wait to return!!

I was the only client, but the for some reason the tech sat 10 feet away from me and made me wait for ~10m before she came over to start my service. While waiting, I could take in the overall grunginess of the salon. I did not expect this at the Roosevelt, which is old but has charm and is usually clean. The floor linoleum was old and in need of replacement, or at least a deep cleaning. The pedicure was slipshod. My feet soaked in the lukewarm whirlpool for about 10m, then she took my feet out for the "massage", This consisted if her rubbing some lotion only on the front of my lower legs. Very disappointing. The manicure was borng as she made no attempt to make any sort of pleasant chit-chat, even when I did. I found out halfway through that they did not use gel polish, and both my mani and pedi had peeled off in a week. The whole thing cost me $120. It would have cost me $80 - with gel and much better service - in my hometown of Cambridge, MA. It's a good thing I downgraded from the deluxe mani/pedi, which would've set me back $145.

We entered the waiting area and sat quietly when the owner popped her head out and asked if she could help us. My husband responded with "we are here for a 1pm couples massage" to which she responded "no you're not." My husband proceeded to pull up his confirmations which he received at time of booking/leading up to date of service. She said "oh I won't be ready for you until at least 1:15pm". We said okay and waited outside on the porch. We went back in at 115 and started our massages at around 130 after changing. No robes or anything were offered. We had booked a 90 minute so expected to finish around 3 pm due to our late start. When they left the room after finishing we checked the time it was just before 240. He also had prepaid the services and when we finished was asked for payment. We were not offered a choice of Swedish or deep tissue and massage for both of us felt more like a back rub. Very unsatisfying. My husband was so disappointed and apologetic after the fact. At no point did the owner even offer us an apology let alone some sort of compensation.
