The place is clean, has a cool vibe, and when I tell you those chairs are comfortable...they must be real leather and you can definitely tell. I had a lot of dental work done here; I wish I had gone elsewhere sooner as if they do not like you (this includes the dentist) you will be bullied as if you were in middle school. Most of the dental work done was good, but there was a major problem with one of the crowns which meant I had to go elsewhere. The office is clean, the hygenists are capable but this environment is not safe for anyone, including themselves because of the group bullying. I hope they get help with their anger issues.

The first visit to a new medical professional is always, in some ways, an interview. Sure, I needed work done at Vienna Cosmetic and Family Dentistry, but, having recently moved to the area I really wanted to secure a new dentist. A professional I could trust to be part of my medical team. Seeing as this is all happening during a worldwide pandemic I was hoping this first visit would provide confidence in the skills and professionalism of the practice. My first impressions were great and came from the care and compassion demonstrated throughout the very first phone call. My information was all gathered in a professional but personal manner. I immediately felt that my well being was the focus of the practice. Covid-19 protocols were discussed and I could tell that safety is a priority. We then discussed a couple options for appointments and soon an appointment was secured. On arriving at the office I called from the car. I was given the all clear and went into an empty waiting room, had my temperature taken and answered a few questions. I was immediately escorted to the chair. All staff were covered in PPE but behind the masks and shields I could tell everyone was pleased to be helping me. My temporary filling was replaced in short order and I was sent on my way. All payment was taken care of via phone. Not once did I feel over exposed or unsafe. With that great first experience I set up an appointment for a standard cleaning and examination. Due to Covid, appointments are in flux but I was able to get in and get a check up. Again I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of Dr. Maharaja and of her entire team. I've had a third appointment with Vienna Cosmetic and Family Dentistry and am still fully wowed by their excellent communication skills regarding appointments, procedures, patient safety. I had to reach out via email for additional information and received a quick return phone call, after hours, to answer my concerns. That is top notch customer service! I fully recommend Dr. Maharaja and her excellent staff. I'll trust my dental health to Vienna Cosmetic and Family Dentistry for many, many years to come. It is a practice that will keep you smiling.

She has a heavy and painful hand at implementing life changing procedures. I am now in Dallas, TX and my new dentist explained she did a terrible job with my crown. I believe it because she had little to no experience, put me through 4 painful reiterations of trying to implant the crown and I had to suffer through it wasting time out of my own private practice. I visited Ahmed Saad in mid-August to re-cement two crowns in my mouth and to place a third crown…read morelost while eating. He stated, falsely in my opinion, that the 2 crowns I gave him that had gotten unglued in my mouth could not be used, and charged me full price for three new crowns that he made in-house on his Cerek machine. The two adjacent crowns he made were so poorly made (2 millimeters gap between them) than entire chunks of food would always get lodged between them, causing pain and bleeding to this date, more than 3 months later. One of the crowns he needlessly replaced with the one he made in-house was a zirconia one that had been purposely made extremely strong to minimize wear from teeth grinding. The measurements made for the new crowns he made in-house were made by one of his staff; even though such measurements are crucial,, he didn't bother doing them himself, and the result is that he crowns he made are poor and have a bog gap between them. When I initially confronted Ahmed Saad, he dismissed me with the advice to rinse with a mouthwash he recommended. I complained to the Virignia Board that overseas dentists. Now I have to wait in bleeding pain until next January when my DeltaDental insurance resets again.

The process took 3-4 hours for both crowns and to have my crowns in place, they have a very cool very hi tech machine than scan your teeth and then create your crowns in another machine in front of you in just 30 min!! I actually fall a sleep while Dr. Ahmed was working on my teeth. I never fall a sleep when I am at the dentist . Right after I finished and left I started eating and drinking normally and didn't feel any pain or anything. Felt like I didn't do anything at all in my teeth. Again it is the best dentist experience in my life. Great doctor and great staff.
