I told the dentist wife that I had always paid their office in full before I left their office in the past. The wife told me she made a mistake in 2014, she over estimated the insurance company payment but only charged my copayment. In the past 4 years, I have never received any bill from the maple dental care office. I was even surprised that the dentist wife told me the total cost for the 2 teeth filling was about $485. On 6/15/2018, I took leave from my job and went to the maple dental care at 2:15 pm for the 2:30 pm appointment to clear off the old fake bill and to let Dr. Vu check a metal wire he installed between my 2 teeth. To my surprise, the Maple Dental Care office was closed for the day. I had no choice to leave Dr. Vu a note on the door. I asked 2 other doctor's offices nearby, they told me that Dr. Vu's office only opens one or two days a week and they close in early afternoon. I left phone message to Dr.Vu but he never called back. Most people to have decayed teeth filled at dentist's office to expect it could last more than 5 years. Yet, my teeth filling at Dr.Vu's Maple Dental Care lasted less than 4 years.
