We in for my install the next morning and all seemed to go well until I was told they had ordered the wrong glass. I decide to patch the hole and drive back to Indiana and have it fixed there. When I had the glass replaced in Indiana the service tech there called me back and showed me where 2 screws were missing. American Glass in Fort Morgan did not put all the fasteners back in place causing additional delays.

Today, I had to drop my car off to replace the windshield because the gizmos need calibration in the shop. - can't do this is a driveway and the process takes 3-4 hours from start to finish. No problem. I drop it off around 9AM. They call me later and let me know the car is ready for pickup. The car is out front and I notice the toll sticker is there and looks undamaged. "Huh, I wonder how they did that..." While paying the deductible, I ask how they managed transferring the sticker. Well, they stuck a new sticker on, contacted Expresstoll and transferred everything for me. I don't have to do anything - all taken care of. How awesome is that? Windshield is prefect, BTW. The technician said he was not advised by the front counter to install it. When the technician came out after I talked to them, he was unable to installthe trim, advised that he had never seen trim like this, and said it was aftermarket trim. The truck is a 2012 Dodge, and it came with the trim around the windshield, so now I am left with a 1/2 inch gap across the top of my windshield. If you pull up a new 2012 Dodge Powerwagon you can clearly see that they come with black rubber windshield trim. What will Safelite Auto Glass do about this since the technician at the Scottsbluff store had no knowledge of installing this. I expect a response on this inquiry.
