We in for my install the next morning and all seemed to go well until I was told they had ordered the wrong glass. I decide to patch the hole and drive back to Indiana and have it fixed there. When I had the glass replaced in Indiana the service tech there called me back and showed me where 2 screws were missing. American Glass in Fort Morgan did not put all the fasteners back in place causing additional delays.

Not wanting my crack on the windshield to get any larger, I drove into Safeway to see what they would recommend. I found out that my insurance would cover the repair, but it would need to be approved, and paperwork completed, etc..... These guys are great! Not only did they come to Frederick from Loveland, but in both instances they were able to make same day appointments. They're polite, courteous, friendly, affordable and professional. Do yourself a favor - don't call Safelite - Call Platinum Auto Glass and save yourself a lot of money. If you life outside of the Loveland/Longmont area, they usually will meet customers at the American Furniture Warehouse off i25 and HWY 119 to do their repairs.
