I was recommended by this glass repair place by my insurance company. The operator was courteous and was helpful in rescheduling my appointment based on the weather, which I found to be very helpful since other companies would do the repair but weather can affect the glass and can cause more damage. Communication was excellent and was accommodating to my location and kept be updated on their arrive. I was never left standing and waiting for their arrival. Upon looking at my windshield, Derek the technician, told me honestly on some of my other cracks were unrepairable, which was an honest assessment where I felt other technician would have tried and failed to repair the chip and bill me for their failed work. I highly recommend their service for going out of their way in meeting me and scheduling the service. After talking with the technician, the company does glass work for homes and other equipment. Talk about going the extra mile... That's an understatement! We recently had a windshield installed by the owner, Eddie. He explained everything he was going to do and needed to do, and didn't hesitate to go the extra mile. Definitely prefer them over the other companies State Farm has used in the past.
