C&C motors tried rip me off for $900+. to replace one coolant line. I paid $500 less for parts and labor and an additional coolant hose with thermostat housing. And Shelly did that in my driveway. Keep in mind, I had an idea what was wrong with my vehicle and 3D MM confirmed it and let me know IF it was a repair he would be able to do BEFORE he attempted to repair my vehicle. 3D MM got me back on the road. Like toilet paper, ketchup, automatic dishwashing detergent, paper towels, laundry detergent, sour cream, tampons (sorry dudes), and car audio. DO NOT LET THE LOOKS OR THE LOCATION OF THIS PLACE DETER YOU. THESE GUYS KNOW THEIR SHIT. So I just purchased a Jeep and have to trick it out like I'm 20, because I guess I'm on some cliche girly mid life crisis in my 40's (don't judge me). I had them install a new head unit, four 6" speakers, a 10" sub, and a 5 channel amp. So I go to pick up my Purple People Eater (yes, that's my Jeep's name, don't judge me) and they turn on my stereo. I can already tell that it sounds amazing and the volume is only on 5. The young man says "no, wait"...gives me the sneakiest grin ever and turns up the volume. So I tell him I'm going to put on some "loud, ignorant shit" and put on a few songs heavy on the 808's. OH.MY.GOD. This was the cleanest, loudest, most amazing sound I've ever heard in my entire life. No lie. It sounds like I'm at a concert hall, listening to my favorite artists. The sound is crisp, clean, and clear, and the bass is SICK, but I can still hear the mids and treble with NO problem. So there are two parts to a stereo install. The first is the quality of the wiring and the sound (which is partially dependent upon what kind of equipment YOU purchase). The second is how neatly it is installed. You can't see the wires, the amp, nothing. You can't even tell that they installed aftermarket equipment in my jeep, which is important. I don't want my stereo install to look like a DIY home job. This was the most beautiful install I've ever seen, and I've had MANY aftermarket stereos installed in many vehicles. They configured all the custom stuff I needed to control my system without looking like an idiot, and walked me through how to use it. They even offered for me to come back and "adjust" the sound of the system if it wasn't to my liking, free of charge. Now that's what I call customer service. Service - top notch. Quality - top notch. Pricing - reasonable (and I say this with the disclaimer YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. You pay $100 for a stereo install, you're going to get a $100 stereo install. I have a 2018 Toyota Corolla that doesn't have Apple car play. They installed a new Sony system that was compatible with Apple Car Play and even a microphone. They connected the Sony System to my steering wheel buttons. Now I can see my Google maps on the screen instead of looking on my phone. This upgrade has made driving much safer for me. Altogether the service cost $840 with a military discount. The only thing I wish they could have done was connect the usb cable to the usb port in my car instead of having it come out of my glove compartment.

Manny explained that it could be the HID bulb, or some other problem, further explaining that parts may not be available as the vehicle is now 25 years old. ( Side note-but still good looking and still a great performance car!) Manny told me if not fixable, after market light kits may be the solution. I told Manny, do what you can. Two hours later I get a call from Manny- the lights are working! I asked what was the problem? He said "well we started the vehicle, turned on the headlights and they are on, both sides." "What" I said. "Ok, i'll be there in an hour to pick up the car." Drive down to Manny's, go in office. Manny is in there, eating lunch. But he took the time out to explain what was done. It took all of ten seconds as he said, "we didn't do anything." I asked Manny how much did I owe him for his time and efforts. He said "Nothing, we didn't do anything!" Now- this is why I am taking the time to write this review- How many times have we ever went to an auto repair shop and paid Nothing! Go anywhere else and it's a fee that is the Arm and Leg! You definitely will be paying for maintenance but that is the price for keeping your vehicle in service and not broke down. It is honest service price in my opinion. They did not replace the brackets on the AC condenser. The A/C condenser was flopping around in front of the radiator. I discovered this when I went to replace my daughter's headlights. They were going to charge me double the retail pricing on the needed parts. $670.00 for the A/C compressor; my retail cost was $335.00. $270.00 for the A/C condenser; my retail cost was $135.00 at the local O'Reilly's. They were doubling the retail price and were going to charge me that ridiculous amount of money for the parts. I bought the parts, picked them up, delivered them to the repair shop, and saved myself over $470.00. They charged me over $1,200 in labor. On 08/23/26, when I discovered the missing brackets while replacing the headlights, I drove to "Pull a Part" and bought used brackets from a junk-yard vehicle, went home, and installed them to prevent any damage. On 08/24/26, I showed the Service Manager, Paul, my photos and video and explained the problems I had uncovered. He tried to tell me that the brackets might have been missing and that the mechanic was younger. He then gave me $10 in cash from his pocket for the brackets and offered me a free oil change to keep my business. I told him that if the brackets were missing, why was I never notified, and why was nothing mentioned on my invoice/receipt? Paul provided me with the District Manager's business card and said he would be at the shop tomorrow, and I could come back and see him. On 08/25/26, I met with Paul, the Service Manager, and Terry Grimes, the District Manager. I showed both of them my photos and the video. (which I had previously shown Paul). I explained my displeasure with the quality of workmanship. Terry tried to convince me that the brackets had not been on the vehicle when I brought it in for repair work. I informed him this shop was the only facility that had ever done AC repairs on this car. I played devil's advocate and asked: if the brackets weren't there when the car came in, why wasn't I informed of the missing brackets, and why wasn't anything ever listed on the invoice? Terry asked me what I felt was a solution. I informed him that since I discovered the problem, I had to spend over an hour driving to the junk yard, removing the needed parts, and then driving home and putting the missing parts back on my car. I felt that he owed me 2 hours of his labor rate for my inconvenience. He was very emphatic that that wasn't happening. He offered no other solutions or suggestions. A Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint is the next step. Corporate has refused to return any of my calls for on-line requests for 3 weeks. Terrible workmanship, unresponsive management. An upset customer who will never return!
