Shortly after I walked-in an employee starts complaining (very loud) in the middle of checkout area and next to Mother's Day card area about the amount of customers. She goes on to say the lines have been crazy and people line-up everywhere they can't figure out where the line starts, like children and they are dealing with ADULTS... that they need to TEACH ADULTS TO BE ADULTS ..... and it went on. I was in awe... looked around and those waiting in line pretended they didn't hear anything, a man walked out, others around me ignored her and a lady next to me and I just stared at each other and said we couldn't believe she was expressing that way loudly about the customers and no one told her to "shut up." Other employees just listened and 2 engaged but with a very low voice. Now I was done within 5 minutes, got in line right next to the sign that read "line starts here" and a cashier was looking around to see who was next and called in a lady that was looking for the line - now the customer saw me waiting and apologized, I said "no problem" but did point to the sign to the cashier.
