Sometimes they do not get notified of any online orders. They managed to pull my online order, so I didn't need to call customer service to have them cancel my online order. I will say that the 3 women at the registers who helped me were very nice and did not get annoyed about the situation. They were very engaging and I really appreciated their help. One of the employees, Vicky, is truly an angel. She walked with me towards the exit, and then stopped to show me books they sell, where you can record your voice and pass the book on to loved ones. She really got me thinking about how I take for granted the fact that I still have my loved ones.
