I called Leticia and told her when I bought my cartridges, May 2023 last year and finally opened out of plastic recently and they were dry. I called Leticia right away. I gave her dates and amount I spent $58.00 and she was nice and said send them back. I didn't want to send them back for zero help. She insisted she would be open to it when she received them back. I had someone take to the post office and paid $6 to mail them. After 4 calls this week she finally called back and was really rude! I used to use Cartridge Pros for years before the new owners, Leticia. I always bought the ink ahead and kept for when I run out. I have never had this problem before of many years with Cartridge Pros. She acted like it was a year old and she wasn't aware of our discussion. After we spoke today she proceeded to Call me back and said "After a year you can expect nothing." Why did she not tell me before I mailed everything back. I wasn't even looking for my money back. I went on line trying to find someplace that refilled ink cartridges. Costo used to but they quit in February. I looked up the reviews on this business and liked what I saw. 24 Five star ratings and one four star. I read what they said about Pat the owner, and my wife and I drove from Riverside today to see if he was as good as everyone was saying. Believe me, this is the place to go for your printer cartridges. I had only two that were refillable, and they were below what Costco used to charge. He also has new ones if you want, and they are way under what you can buy at the big box stores. Will I be back, a resounding yes. Do I recommend the store, again yes. He will ship if needed. I am beyond excited to find my way to Cartridge Pros!! I have an Epson CX9400 fax machine and it has become increasingly difficult to get the "69" ink cartridges for my machine. When I needed CYAN, I needed to buy the entire four pack at Best Buy or Walmart. Now I can get what I need and I just installed a CYAN and the ink charged faster than the original Epson cartridges! I used Cartridge World once back in the day when they were in the Target shopping center, and I couldn't believe how easy it was to just refill the cartridge instead and save money doing so? I used them again today in their updated location on Jefferson, and the owners still seem very friendly and helpful. I even heard the guy tell a lady "We save you 30% compared to Staples" After all said and done, he actually saved me 50% compared to Walmart, Target, AND Staples with a refill for my HP printer. I have used cartridge pros for some time recently my cartridge black XL250 for my canon printer did not work. I went into shop and they replaced it in February. May 9th it was a Saturday and I needed my printer. My printer is not used often only about twice a month if that. Once again my cartridges bought from Cartridge Pros did not work. When I called the number on the card I got a message to call another number. That number was not correct. I made a yelp review and emailed Pat who called me on mothers day to take care of me. I went into the shop on May 14th yesterday to meet his wife Leticia Neal who was extremely rude and unhappy that I yelped my experience. I was made to wait while she called my credit card company to verify my purchase. After being in the shop for about 45 minutes or more Pat I believe to be her husband walked in. He also was very rude. After whispering and writing down secret notes on how to take care of me like I was in the wrong they returned my money for my purchase of faulty ink cartridges. His remark to me was I just want you out of my store. I was never rude just a customer that purchased bad products from his shop. Buying ink cartridges to save money to find it was more trouble buying from his shop and the cost was more than online. I found that EZink was a lot less expensive and the quality is rated five stars. The cartridges worked great with no problems when they arrived by mail two days later. Pat and Leticia not to worry I will never shop with you again.This shop has bad products and the price is high compared. To much trouble not worth your time or money spent.
