I was charged twice for my initial visit WITHOUT my knowledge or consent because the receptionist made a mistake and gave me the wrong time for my initial appointment. I did not know I'd been charged twice until looking at my credit card statement months later, and the doctor would not respond to any of my requests to have this fixed or speak to me. Essentially a scam to charge patient's twice. I know this was an underhanded tactic because I received an email notification the second time they charged my card (which I thought was the only time), but the first time (which they said they would not charge me for as it was a mistake on their end) I received no notification. The receptionist was rude and completely unhelpful. I've seen dozens of doctors across facilities and never been treated the way I was here, do yourself a favor and see a doctor with some compassion who treats patients like human beings, and is not a scam artist. This guy is a common thief.

I was working on recovering from a ligament issue and among several other modalities I chose to explore this one. I called to check on their technique and approach. The PT seemed annoyed that I had questions. He wanted me to rely on the website description only. I found the communication style very strange. I thought that this may be a stylistic thing. One can overlook stylistic matters if the competency is there. During my 1st visit I realized that the therapist had a very rough demeanor. I tried 2-3 sessions over the course of 30-45 days and I must say that I have yet to come across such a brazen and rude service provider. I have come across far more knowledgeable people who guide their patients and have decent communication skills. They also advise them what to do after the session or in their day to day in terms of exercise and so forth. There were no instructions provided to me except for repeated confrontational conversation. In addition, if I will ask a question instead of a response I will get a convoluted drivel with no head and tail. Before a session, he would ask questions and then refute his question. That is his technique of refining his questions and improving himself. To give an example, I was asked after my 3rd session, "how do you feel?" I responded, "much better". Since I had been taking my other personal exercise classes and practising other modalities that were helping me out I was feeling much better Rather than being pleased with my progress as well as self work to improve the condition, I was told, "how do you know that?" When I responded, I was told that's not what he was asking. He constantly refutes himself and would waste your time in conflicting analysis / rude commentary and unrelated analogies / examples. It's like someone is engaged in loud self talk and in unbalanced. On my very recent visit, I decided to cut my trip short when I saw the past few visits' trend repeating. I have previously tried several holistic therapy places and have come across extremely competent and decent holistic service providers who know how to communicate. I used to leave PT with more pain but not with Nachum. With each appointment, I left with better results. To be honest, initially, I was shocked because reducing my pain hadn't been an easy task for doctors and therapists alike. Nachum did it with such ease, my one wish is that I was told about him earlier. Thankfully, I was recommended by a family member who had similar results. Her unbearable bone pain was GONE after a few sessions with Nachum. As an experienced patient who has seen plenty of physical therapy offices, if you're suffering and in need of an excellent physical therapist, don't pass this place up. You won't regret it.

And I can tell you from experience, those drugs can do more harm than good -- ulcers, bleeding risks, interactions with blood thinners. So when someone suggested acupuncture, yeah, I was skeptical. But after my very first visit, I noticed a difference even before I got home. That got my attention. What really surprised me though was Dr. Lee's knowledge of food and inflammation. I'm a pharmacist and I was genuinely blown away. He explained how what I eat was affecting my pain, and that changed things for me. I'm 58 and I'm still playing competitive table tennis and golf. That's not nothing. Today I came in for a sore left knee from golf. He treated it, and while I was there, also took care of some vertigo that had come out of nowhere the day before.
