The man filled out a card with my information then told me he would call me when they were done. It took them almost 3 days. I have no problem with that, but it would have been nice to have known that upfront. When I arrived, they had forgotten to create the copies I asked for. They gave me a small discount for having to come back again. Overall, it was a decent experience. I may or may not go back to get others done. UPDATE: I went back in this week to get another vhs transferred and had a MUCH better customer service experience. It was also a different worker than last time. This one was kind, greeted me, and was much more pleasant. He also asked me if I had a time line I needed for the dvds, something the other worker hadn't asked. I will DEFINITELY be returning.

The judge has not made a decision yet, so I am not sure how they know that I will be denied. And if they knew I would be denied all along, why did they take my case in the first place? If I would have known this from the beginning, I would have used a different law firm that wanted to win. So fair warning that this is the kind of treatment this firm gives the vulnerable population. Not sure how they sleep at night.
