Our driver, Brooks, was superb. He drove us to the concert in a snow / ice storm with no difficulty at all. We arrived early so he dropped us off at a local pub for a drink prior to the concert then onto the show, dropping us off as close as he possibly could. We left the show and he was at the bottom of the stairs standing in the snow waiting for us.. Loved the experience and would call them again without hesitation.

The man filled out a card with my information then told me he would call me when they were done. It took them almost 3 days. I have no problem with that, but it would have been nice to have known that upfront. When I arrived, they had forgotten to create the copies I asked for. They gave me a small discount for having to come back again. Overall, it was a decent experience. I may or may not go back to get others done. UPDATE: I went back in this week to get another vhs transferred and had a MUCH better customer service experience. It was also a different worker than last time. This one was kind, greeted me, and was much more pleasant. He also asked me if I had a time line I needed for the dvds, something the other worker hadn't asked. I will DEFINITELY be returning.
