Based on Territory's subpar customer service and unwillingness to provide a refund and compensation for the chicken bone that cut the back of my throat and nearly chipped my tooth, I have cancelled future deliveries and I am going to look elsewhere for better quality provider.

On their website they said they do produce box delivery only on Mondays and Thursdays. But on the confirmation email I received, it said they start delivering the day before into the day they promised. They delivered it straight to my doorstep on Sunday night. You can sign up for delivery notification. The process itself was very easy. As to the box itself, I attached photos of the list of the items we got and of the box (the kale hid a few of the squash and the eggplant). I thought the quality of the produce was good, but I was kind of expecting a bit more in terms of quantity (compared to my own CSA delivery in the summer). Overall I am satisfied, but wouldn't make this a regular order.

What really stood out were the huge, fresh chunks of real mozzarella, paired with their homemade-style dressings, sauces, and condiments. I have to carry this back with me to the Metro. Twice along the way, I have to stop and catch my breath. I get home, my kitchen counter sags a bit where I put the bag down. Cripes, Eddie's. And the sandwich itself? 2 meals, easily. Thick thick piles of meat and a shovel-full of mozzarella. Very chewy bread. I work up a sweat just eating this, there's so much labor involved. I ordered online from the Metro, around the DCA stop, and got a notification it was ready before I got to the King Street stop. Fast turnaround. Eddie's is now on my list of places to make a point of going to for sandwiches in the DMV. Really good sandwich, and a lot of it.
