We were stressed and unsure how we'd get back on the road the next day. Terrence responded promptly and came out quickly despite the late hour. He thoroughly assessed the situation, explained our options clearly, and reassured us that he would take care of it. Instead of leaving us stranded, he went above and beyond. Returning the next morning he took the damaged tire back to his shop, sourcing a brand-new tire of the exact same size, and balanced, to install right there in the hotel parking lot. His professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier. Thanks to Terrence, we were able to get back on the road safely and without delay. Instead, the Kia dealership wanted to charge for unnecessary repairs and way above retail for Kia original parts. The warranty manager at the dealership told me if I couldn't afford their repairs to take the car somewhere else. I'm so glad he said that because it lead us to Franks.
