He has been parented to become a young gentleman..his Father promptly repaired our tire, we paid and were on our way. Instead, the Kia dealership wanted to charge for unnecessary repairs and way above retail for Kia original parts. The warranty manager at the dealership told me if I couldn't afford their repairs to take the car somewhere else. I'm so glad he said that because it lead us to Franks. I worked with John and he was willing to look for a solution that worked within our budget and made sense for the age of the car.
